We have been repairing roofs& gutters in the Maryland,, Washington DC and Virginia areas for a little over 15 years now. We specialize in residential roofing systems,gutters and repair. We understand and know homes. Several of our technicians are master carpenters. So you can feel confident that we have the skills, knowledge and ability to handle all of your roofing& gutter needs! "Dear Member, Beneath your posting is three (3) pages of straight A reviews from other members. As I do with all my customers, I bent over backwards and went completely out of my way to provide you with the exact same service. I reduced my pricing on everything I fixed for you including pick up and delivery. We do not even service your area (Ellicot City, MD), however, you begged me to come and work on your equipment after reading my reviews here on Angie's list and I did it to help you. It was 45 miles ONE WAY for a total of 180 miles and about three hours of drive time and loading and unloading time to pick up and deliver 5 pieces of equipment for which I only charged you $100.00. By the time we paid for gas and paid the delivery driver we made nothing. We have to drive to your home, then drive your equipment back to our shop, then drive it back to you after it's repaired, then drive back to our shop. That is a lot of time, gas and hourly wage for out drivers on top of reducing your bill because you were an Angie's List customer. However, what you conveniently failed to mention was that you went out of town for an extended period of time while your equipment was at our shop and didn't call me back for almost 2 weeks which is what delayed the repair process and us getting your equipment back to you sooner. When you called me regarding a problem that you were having with your equipment, I tried to tell you what it might be over the phone in an attempt to help you. Then when I told you that I would gladly pick up your equipment and if the problem was a result of my work that I would fix it for free, however, it was not that you would be charge according is when you threatened to write a bad review on Angie's list. Not because of anything that I did wrong but, only in an attempt to get me to comply to fix what ever was wrong for free. As I stated in the beginning, I have pages of straight A reviews and that I treat everyone the same. There for it makes no sense whatsoever for you to give me straight F. I drove 180 miles out of my way to help you as you asked me to do after explaining to you that I do not even service your area. I picked up, tuned up and repaired and delivered back to you 5 pieces of equipment for a total of $460.00. All of which ran perfectly when it left my shop. You waited almost a month to call to report a problem and told me that you continued using the equipment even after you felt that there was something wrong with it. In closing, you, sir, are just simply one of those people who wants something for nothing. And no matter how hard someone tries to make you happy it just is never good enough. I can honestly say that I tried just as hard with you as every other Angie's List member."

In our business, making and keeping appointments isn't always an easy thing to do primarily due to the fact that weather conditions are big factor in out line of work. Our appointments are always open ended based on the weather conditions. It can be too cold or raining and as a result we quite often have to modify and or adjust our schedule to in order to meet our customers needs. There are others things as well but, weather in our business is a huge factor and changes very frequently. Regarding returning your call(s). When we are up on roof, climbing a ladder, driving to or from an appointment, operating a back pack blower, or speaking to a customer, it isn't always easy to answer the phone at that moment. However, I can assure you that at no time were we "Dodging" your request. We greatly appreciate and honor the opportunity to serve you and everyone. "Hello, it was our pleasure to work on your home in alex. Va. We were able to locate a missing part of a ridge cap which had been blown off As a result of wind damage. The roof of course was four stories high and as a result more susceptible to stronger winds. The repairs made On the ridge capping are of course guaranteed.
