Paid Ramiro a total of $195 initially to replace broken window pane. He took the money and stated the project was more than expected. I told him we were going to go in a different direction and would like the money refunded. He stated he didn’t have it and would provide the refund as soon his card came in. It has been 7 days and he will not respond to my request. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. Completely unprofessional.

Ramiro did an excellent job in replacing the rollers. He used a high quality replacement roller that is better than what was on the door. We are very satisfied with the his work and the pricing. We would recommend him for any handy work project. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

Romero set appointment for Nov.29/20 , had to cancel twice but we understood the reasons He arrived Dec 2/20 without his helper and installed screen by himself He came Dec 3/20 with his helper and installed vinyl curtains. He came to the job without a ladder ( used ours)....without a hacksaw( which I asked if he had) and had to go to Lowes and buy one...He did not like it when I checked his progress saying it was taking too much of his time. He informed me job was taking more time than he expected and would cost more money. He had been informed there was video which showed the complete installation, and advised him to watch video before quoting me a price and letting me if he could do the job. He informed me he had watched it and would do a good job for me. I would be very satisfied with him...I AM NOT SATISFIED.. My husband and I are in our 70s and feel like we have been taken advantage of...The tracking for our curtains is improperly installed and we cannot slide to open and close. One of the replaced screens has the spline (that is the rubber holding screen in place) coming out and we keep putting it back and now it is coming out on top and we cannot get on ladder to fix it...contacted Romero and told him problem and he said he would not come out to fix it unless he was paid more money...
