Good customer service

Steven notifies me days before he plans to do my yard. He texts updates if day needs to be changed due to rain or other problems. He arrives prepared and accomplishes in 30 minutes what used to take me 3 days. He mows , trims, and blows all the debris away. He comes about every 2 weeks. He has multiple payment options. He does shrubbery and other jobs at additional cost. I have used him for 18 months. I feel free with him coming to my house while I’m away.

Steve and his crew at All Pro Lawn & Landscaping did a great job on our backyard. They put down fresh pine straw, cleaned up the beds, trimmed everything back, and gave the whole yard a much cleaner look. They also annihilated 5-6 (Not hyperbole) Yellow jacket nests and didn’t even charge me for it. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and left everything looking great. Steve was easy to work with, communicated well throughout the project, and the price was fair. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Steve Miller scheduled lawn service with me and I was very pleased. He cut grass, cut weeds and trimmed around all potted plants and lawn fixtures. Also manicured edges along frontage and driveway. Then We discussed fee and agreed to schedule frequency. Steve has been professional and consistent in service this season. We will be discussing possible lawn support during the late fall and winter.
