Howard and his associate were very helpful, fair and honest. I appreciate their rapid assessment and quick work. I talked to 3 different pest companies (the very big ones) before reaching out to him and they gave me ridiculous quotes. 2 even lied and said I had rats. Howard quickly came in and helped my termite situation at a very fair and reasonable price.

Howard provided great customer service and was always available to talk about services. I needed a termite inspection and he was willing to come out even that night for services.

They called and let me know when they were coming as promised. They explained everything that they were going to do. There were no surprise costs.

Howard called me within seconds of posting on Angi. He was very upfront, honest, and professional. I was a little further away, but he still made a prompt effort to come out and give an estimate. After doing a survey, the price was given, and though probably not the cheapest, the quality was well worth it and the “good” chemical was used. Patchwork was great and it was a pleasure doing business with a small family-owned company. Will recommend to others.
