This is the only plumber we ever use--and we have issues with our elderly plumbing system several times a year. Reasonable rates and no nonsense. Noel is a down to earth guy who really knows his stuff. Call nobody else. Seriously, if we ever move out of this area, we plan to take him with us!

As a senior on a fixed income, the project's cost was the deciding factor and All Pro found a way to make it work with a friendly, knowledgeable expert named Daniel who offered a number of options during the bid process. Service was completed the following day. Couldn't be happier. Very pleased with all the others who offered to help --except one no-call no-show, and another who belittled from the get-go, constantly interrupted and refused to listen in favor of telling me what I wanted.

The plumber got the job done, but he spent the whole time complaining that one of our toilets is a special brand that he was not familiar with. I would suggest that a tradesman charging $160 per hour needs to bone-up on all the brands out there and learn how to repair them.

Our newly purchased home had very high water pressure. We were not able to adjust it because somewhere along the line a previous owner had moved the water pressure regulator from the main water line to the hot water heater. I know... you don't believe me. No one believed it until they saw it first hand. All Pro Plumbing was able to come evaluate and install a new water pressure regulator in the correct place the same day. The technician was polite and knowledgeable and provided great customer service.

I called one afternoon and left a message. I received a call the next morning to see if I had flexibility in my schedule that day. I did and Noel gave me a time window. He came within that window. Noel quickly determined the source of a leak and repaired three issues with our shower and also fixed a half-broken toilet within a couple hours. He was very professional, courteous and forgiving of my two rambunctious toddlers :-). Also, the price for the services was several hundred dollars less than I was quoted from another company.

He has worked for us at least a half dozen times over the last couple of years and we have always been extremely satisfied. He is reasonable for a plumber and he really knows what he is doing. He doesn't pretend excellent job. He gets in and gets the job done, end of it. He's the only plumber I will call and I will wait until he's available, that's how highly I think of him.

Great plumber, great guy! We had Noel out over a month prior so he could see the work that needed to be done as far as making the new kitchen sink and dishwasher work, He got back to me within 5 days with the estimate. We talked times in between as I was being my own General contractor so I could give him an idea of when he needed to be out. He came out on 3/31/15 and worked all day; we even threw our leaky toilet in the mix which he helped immensely (with news we did not want to hear) as the toilet was leaking for sometime and the floor under the tile was soaked, He helped that with a fix that will get us till we can get to a bathroom remodel. <br /> He did the new shut off valves on the water heater which are lovely and new shut offs under the kitchen sink and will accept a dishwasher. New toilet innards and shut off which flushes like a brand new toilet and the leak fix is so far so good!  I appreciate his thinking on the fly for this situation! <br /> Stellar plumber and a great attitude! He will be back to install faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal, and update our other toilet! <br /> Thanks so much Noel!!!

I sent an inquiry for a bid and Noelle replied with a good price so I set up a date and time for the work.  He arrived on time and got right to work.  He found a location for the hose bib that worked, installed the new plumbing and cleaned up every trace of his work. VERY professional and friendly, too. <br />

Communication was good. I was scheduled and the job was complete within a couple days.  The crawl space is tight, but he took the job anyway and got the work done.  We are happy with the outcome. <br />
