Richard and his company All Pro Pools and Pavers did a phenomenal job on our condo pool renovations. I am the President of our Condo Association and he saved the day. The first licensed contractor we hired did work that did not meet code, was poor quality and incomplete, and then ignored our calls and emails until we ultimately fired them from the job. Richard was hired and proceeded to re-do the shoddy work and improve the quality and appearance of our pool 100%. The new modern pool coping, tile work, and diamond brite resurfacing look amazing. He is a true professional, which means I got daily updates on the status of the work, early notification of any problems he ran into along with suggested solutions, and fair pricing. He kept on schedule and within budget with no surprise “extras”. He is aware of current building codes and often stressed the safety of the pool users in his discussions with me. I highly recommend him for pool and paver work. (If this review sounds like I am gushing it is because I am. Many South Florida contractors, even licensed ones, are notoriously bad. Richard is the exception!)

Richard sent his installer and he did a great job! I got a new Pentair variable speed pump and it works like a dream. Clean connections, expert installation, thoughtful and professional service. Richard is my go to pool guy. He did a total remodel for me 2 years ago and I recommend him for your pool project.

Richard and his guys at all pro pool and pavers were absolutely amazing . I was looking to remodel my pool deck which currently had knockdown on top of the Chattahoochee floor . Richard recommended euro tile and showed me so pictures and I fell in love . We agreed on a price (which was very affordable compared to other quotes I got ) and he got to work on the day he said they would . The job took 3-4 days as he said it was going to take and the floor came out flawless . I couldn’t be happier ! Thank you Richard and all pro pool and pavers for making my dream pool deck a reality ! All Pro Pools and Pavers did a great job on our pool and deck. We had the pool resurfaced, new tile and pavers installed. Their attention to detail was impressive and was done in a timely fashion. There should be an A+++ option for Richard and his team. He walked me through the entire process and was either on the phone or at my house anytime I had questions during the project. Him and his team (Mike, Vilma, Bryant) are some of the nicest most professional people I have been around. They basically felt like family by the end of the project. The Project: We had to resurface the pool, staple cracks, add new pool light, fix skimmer, add new vacuum system, replace pool motor and filter system and replace electrical. The project took about a month to complete (do to unforeseen obstacles and weather). My pool is 9ft deep and holds about 30,000 gallons of water. I am so happy with my new pool and Richard and his team. Only use Richard for your pool projects. He is the best and will call him again if I ever need anything else with my pool. Also its been a week since the pool project ended and Richard has still done courtesy calls and tested my pool several times to make sure I am taking care of it correctly and this is all after the Contract was complete. Replace old 20x20 concrete patio pavers that look ugly and were sinking in places with new brick pavers. Also added a drain so patio would not puddle. Going to have them redo my pool soon.

If we could give an A+++ rating we would. We had an excellent experience with All Pro Pools and Pavers. Richard Stubblefield is great to work with. He always showed up on time, was prompt with estimates and any information we required, and was very responsive to any phone calls and questions. For a reasonable fee he took care of all necessary permitting and inspections. The estimate for the work was comparable to other people I contacted for estimates. Every person who came to do the various parts of the project was a true professional. They all came on time and were very nice to work with, and took great pride in their workmanship. The travertine was laid beautifully with clean cuts. The decorative tile for the pool resurfacing turned out better than we had hoped for, due to the care with which it was installed. We always had clear instructions and information on what was to be done next and what kind of care was needed. I have recommended Richard and All Pro Pools to many friends with no hesitation.

This company owned the job top to bottom. They would have finished the job in one day, but rained stopped the progress. I appreciate Richard's communication and timeliness on addressing my pool issue.

They are fantastic, tremendous! He came out the very next day. He found the problem. He solved it and I haven't had a problem since. He said don't even worry about the 60 days give me a call. I will come back if there is any problems. The price was better than any other place I called. The website he had was really accurate. The gentlemen who came out was very knowledgeable.

I received 4 different bids and Richard was the only one that gave me the comprehensive overview of what I was getting into. Richard is easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional about his work. Richard answers and returns calls promptly, I had a change order to extend front walkway and he was very fair on the price. Ultimately my wife and I are very satisfied with the work performed and are enjoying a newly renovated pool, deck and patio. I would use them again and recommend them.

Help was courteous. Job was well done. Follow up upon completion was handled poorly. No one followed up with me once fee was paid. Certain things needed to be done and no one showed up.

Excellent work, efficient and professional. Richard explained the job, provided a written estimate, and scheduled the work. Crew showed up on time. There were two rain delays but otherwise work progressed every day with only Sunday off. Richard was informative and helpful thoughout and made certain that each portion of the work was clearly explained. Provided a fence to prevent two small dogs from falling or wandering in to the empty pool. On completion, showed us what needed to be done before use. End result: pool looks amazing. On budget. On schedule.
