All Pro Sun Screens

I would totally recommend this company!  In fact I did - told my neighbor about them and she also had her screens replaced.  I had gotten quotes from three different companies and although they were all within $50 of each other, I was very impressed with the professionalism of All Pro.  The owner himself, Carl, came out and did the estimate.  Very nice guy!   The installer (Angel) was also very courteous, friendly and professional.    They worked around my schedule, delivered and installed on the day I requested and showed up right on time.   He brought the paperwork for my SRP rebate, all filled out, so all I had to do was mail it in.   <br /> You can't go wrong with this company! <br />

We had our screen installed in 2 phases. In both occasions the owner Carl came out to personally measure all of our openings. Installation was within the prescribed time-frame and screens look great! We don't have any more windows/doors to screen but would recommend him to friends/family in the future. <br />

I found All Pro Sunscreens on Angie's List and called to request an estimate.  The owner came out a few days later and measured all windows and provided an estimate on the spot.  I accepted the quote and agreed to proceed with the project.  The owner told me that he would be in touch when the screens were complete to schedule the installation.  The installation was about 2 weeks later, as we were told that he had been very busy.  The owner installed all of the screens very quickly and the quality of the screens and the installation was excellent.  My only complaint would be that it was very difficult to get a return phone call from the owner to get a replacement copy of the form needed to apply for the SRP rebate, after the first one was apparently lost in the mail. <br />

I am sorry I haven't written this review sooner. I had three glass block windows installed in my bathrooms in early April and then got worried that I may have some issues with my pesky HOA - just forgot to get their approval first! I called Carl on April 13th, explained my issue and told him I needed sunscreens installed ASAP and added six additional windows to be screened. He came out that same day, measured my windows and called me with an estimate. His price was excellent and he said he would put a rush on the screens and I would have them installed before the end of the week. True to his word, the screens were installed three days after the estimate. They look great, perform well as far as keeping my home cooler and the price was reasonable. Carl made a commitment and stuck to it as far as delivery and installation time frame which was much appreciated. If you're looking for sunscreens call All Pro. You won't be disappointed. <br />

Carl returned our initial inquiry very promptly.  We asked for him to come out and give us an estimate and he scheduled it within 48hrs of speaking on the phone.  He came out walked the house in less than an hour and gave us an estimate.  He then waited to hear from us and once we confirmed that we wanted him to do the work he returned and finalized all the measurements.  He returned a few business days later and installed them and everything looks great!  Thanks Carl! <br />

I have installed solar screens on other houses outside the Phoenix area so I was a moderately educated consumer.  I had 4 companies come bid the job over a 2 week period.  I received bids from 3 family owned businesses and one large business.  I chose Carl with All Pro for a number of reasons.  First, Carl came and talked me through the process.  He showed me the materials they used, discussed the different options transmission rates, frame color, and sliding door options.  Through this conversation we decided on 90% heat/UV blockage on the windows on the South and East sides of the house but 80% on the screen doors.  Carl suggested this because the eye expects more light through the door.  We went with 80% on the north side of the house.  I also opted for "pet screen" on the sliding portion of one screen door.  I never felt pressured. <br /> Carl also guided me on the frame and screen color.  Bronze frames with brown screen.  This allowed the frames to match our existing windows and the brown screen gave good contrast without the stark black color.  <br /> The purchase: I called Carl to let him know I selected him for the job.  I gave him my credit card number over the phone for the 50% deposit.  I told him I was not in a hurry as I had not moved into the house yet.  In about 10 days he called me and told me the installer would be out the next afternoon.  I dropped by that evening and found the installer was still there.  This was a big job in number of windows and that the screens all had to go inside the window frames.  I also have 2 windows with 5ft arches on the top.  Several of the screens did not fit without forcing them, so the installer opted not to install them but to instead have them redone.  He talked to me about it and said they would have those few screens redone quickly.  I had no idea that "quickly" meant the next day. I went by the property the next day and the job was perfect.  I paid the balance on the credit card on the phone.  <br /> The net result:  1. the house looks 10 years newer with great contrast between the screens and the beige paint.  2.  I have screens which are secure, well made, screen which is taught in their robust frames.  3.  I have sliding screen doors which roll like silk.  4.  I have a noticeably cooler home <br /> Carl was a pleasure to work with!  He is a laid back guy with a calm friendly neighborly demeanor.  He says he has done solar screens for more than 20 years and he has the knowledge to prove it.  He is an excellent communicator and is timely.  His price was about 15% less than the others.   <br /> I have recommended him to several friends and as we were moving in this weekend 2 neighbors dropped by asking who did our screens because they look so good.   <br /> I wholly recommend Carl and All Pro Sun Screens.  I also wholly recommend using sun screens to reduce the heat transmission into the house.  In my experience they pay for themselves within 2 years in energy savings.  One trick I use in the "winter" is to remove the screens from the north facing windows, very easy to do, to allow more light in.    <br />

Easily set up appointment.  Carl,  the owner, came out as promised and measured three of our south-facing windows.  Gave me a fair quote and I ordered the sun screens.  He told me that it would take about 2 weeks for the screens to be finished and that he would give me a call to set up a time for his installer to come out.  Two weeks later, Carl called and we arranged a time for the installer to come out.  Installer came out within specified time window and installation was quick-maybe 10 minutes.  Carl and his installer were quick, professional, and easy to work with. I am really pleased with the work!  Would definitely recommended All Pro Sun Screens. <br />

Has never provided the SRP Rebate Form.  There are two warranty items not repaired, a sliding door screen bowing out and a portion of the cord on one screen not fully intact.  After payment, my phone calls and email have not been answered.  Consequently I have challenged a portion of the credit card charge because of the lack of the SRP Rebate Form and the two warranty items. <br />

The job that All Pro Sunscreen provided was outstanding.  Our previous sunscreens were about 27 years old.  While the screens were not falling apart, they were not effective.  All Pro Sunscreen came out to give us their best quote for our job on our house.  There quote was  reasonable priced for the types of sunscreens we wanted and the level we wanted and their quote was better than another company we received a quote for.  We placed the order and then within a week, the screens were installed over our windows.  Their employee was on time and very professional.  He did an outstanding job and was courteous, professional and a real nice guy.  The quality of the screens we now have on our windows is wonderful.  We would recommend All Pro Sunscreens to others as they did a great job. Their prices are great and their staff are wonderful too. The service they provide to their customers is top notch.  <br />

Carl Coates came out to measure our windows, every window on every side of the house, 2 stories. He did very little actual measuring, as he is so experienced he new the size of our windows with just a few measurements. It's a big house but it didn't take him very long at all to have all his measurements.  <br /> He talked with me about which windows need sunscreens. Our house doesn't exactly face true south, so we end up with sun coming in some side of the house all year long. We decided to put sunscreens on all four sides of the house. I wanted <br /> them for sun blocking, privacy, and also for continuity and curb appeal. I didn't want some windows dark and others without screens. The only windows we left with bug screens are those under the northeast facing patio. We also did 2 sliding glass doors with sunscreens and a set of french doors. Carl brought samples of fabric so that I could pick the color and light blocking of my sunscreens. <br /> Carl called to let me know when the sunscreens were ready, but I wanted to delay a few days because the window washer was scheduled. This worked out good for everyone, since the window washer would remove the old screens and not have to put them on again, and it saved a step for the installers when they came to put up the sunscreens. Carl was easy to work with and get the installation scheduled so I wouldn't have to be without screens for more than a day. <br /> On the day of installation, 2 young men showed up to do the installation. They were very polite and respectful and got straight to work. <br /> 8/23/14 It's been a few months now since the work was done and I am extremely happy with the quality of the work. Every screen fit perfectly. The 2 sliding screen doors they built are smooth and easy to open. The fabric is beautiful and the house looks wonderful with every window uniformly covered. My old screens were held in with screws which made it a real pain to take them off for cleaning. The new sunscreens come with a tab that I just twist and the screen is easily removed and put back up again. <br /> Carl Coates and his team did a fantastic job and I will call them again anytime I need help with my screens. <br />

Carl came out and measured the windows. He quoted me a fair price (no up-selling), and his installer came out the following week and installed the new sunscreens.  The screens look great. The installer touched up any scratches he saw on the frames, and I was so pleased with the installer's attention to detail. <br /> <br /> <br />

Our screens fit perfectly, and we are already enjoying them due to the early spring weather.  The materials and install have a great warranty, and they make our house look very nice. We were surprised at how affordable it was to get sun screens for our home, and are very happy we did it before the summer heat. <br /> When you order, don't forget that SRP will give you a rebate on the cost of the screens!  Carl takes care of part of the paperwork, and you get .80 cents per foot back as a rebate.  So that saved us 27% off of Carl's already awesome prices. <br /> We went with the black 90% screens, and couldn't be happier.  Our house is not dark inside, it still gets plenty of ambient light. We are just not getting blasted by that early morning and late afternoon sun on the East/West. <p>I called All Pro sunscreens after seeing them at the home show, and Carl was out right away and measured all the windows we wanted to cover with the sunscreens.  He showed us the colors and which ones would be best.  He certainly knew is product well and explained everything in detail.   We actually decided on a darker color than we originally thougt, based on his explanation on how well they do in the Arizona blazing sun.  He told us that it would be about a week to a week and a half. He came to the house on Monday and he sent Boone out on Friday to install them.  He did a great job.  Both guys were very nice and personable and best job of response of any company we have worked with here.  I would definitely recommend this company.  The screens look great by the way, and the brown color we picked for our tan house was perfect.</p> <br />

Carl, the owner of All Pro Sunscreens, came out to my house and gave me a great quote on replacing (21) screens on my 2 story home.  Carl's quote was almost 1/3 that of the next closest quote. <br /> Turn around time was about one week.  There were a few screens that did not fit properly, and Carl was out the next day.  A couple days later everything was exactly the way I was expecting it. <br /> Working with Carl was great.  Because of his price, turnaround time, attention to detail, and willingness to make the job perfect, I would recommend All Pro Screens to anyone. <br /> Thanks Carl. <br />

Received quote over the phone which was very competitive with others I had called.  Came out next day to quickly measure.  Screens were ready in a couple of days.  Installer called and asked to come out and install them that day even if I was not home.  Since I have a dog, we had to reschedule.  He stated he would call me the next day and schedule some time for the following day.  Never called me back so I had to call them.  Owner then came out on a Saturday to install them.  Overall very satisfied with them but they could have been a little more responsive.

Everything went all right. The first order, they lost so I didn't get them for a while. Then when I called back, I had them after three days. So far, everything was okay.

I would recommend them. I would use them again.
