All Quality

Andy of All Quality was the best. He was the lowest bidder, yet gave me more information than the other contractors. Started on time and kept in touch with me through the project. His workers really did a wonderful job on my new brick steps. Very satisfied with their work. They also removed all the old steps and cleaned up my front yard. Andy and his workers are very courteous and hard workers. I would definitely hire them again.

Andy came and assessed the leak situation. We ended up replacing 1/4 of the existing roof. They removed the old shingles and underlayers, replaced several sections of plywood deck and reinstalled the top layers. They upgraded the shingles to the better GAF Timberline shingles at no extra cost. He took pictures to show the work and they cleaned up everything. I've used them before and their work is always good.

They were great. The people there were great. Everything was great. Its a big house. I got three quotes for the roof, they weren't the least expensive, but the most knowledgeable. The person who did the whole project, also did the gutters, and the chimney repaired. Full replacement of the gutters, that was done by another company, and repaired our chimney. The skylight was the problem, and they replaced that. They were very good.

They did a good job. They fixed the flashing on the roof, that had leaked, due to improper flashing. They fixed the issue. Other companies could not locate the leak, and they were able to fix it. Price was also good.

The team was very professional; They arrived on-time, as scheduled and were ready to go. Andy, the project lead, carefully checked to make sure he clearly understood our needs. Andy, who was fantastic to work with, was also there throughout the entire project. He made sure we were happy with all aspects of the work being performed. The crew made a noticeable effort to ensure that everything was properly prepared to prevent any damage to the house, plantings, etc. The team was very flexible and took great care to make sure that all work was accomplished in a high quality fashion. If we noticed something that required additional attention (i.e. some water damaged roof sheeting or loose nails), Andy's team replaced the plywood and re-nailed prior to installing the new roof. When the job was complete, the cleanup was performed with an attention to detail. Since the preparation was so thorough, there was no real mess once all the gear, netting and protective coverings were removed. Everything looked as if it had never been disturbed and with the new roof & gutters, it really looks fantastic! We are very pleased with the overall results and attention to detail. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. One real nice customer service touch was that Andy checked in several times each day during the job to make sure everything was to our liking and he made adjustments, as necessary. Really, really well. Adam + 1 did a thorough inspection and documented the areas in need of repair (photos provided). We have a large house with a mostly shingle roof and several flat areas with rubberized coating protecting them. Adam carefully explained what was going on--he had detected the water intrusion area independent of me telling him of the earlier problem. He explained our repair options and showed what the minimum needed work would be to repair the area where the metal flashing was missing and what might be necessary once they started the repair. He also explained the two possible rubber coating materials for the flat roof sections and how what was already there was deteriorating. The better coating was only $100 more so that was a no-brainer. I gave him the go-ahead and they came back a few days later to do the work. The leak area didn't require the more extensive repair it could have but there was some rot in the plywood decking when they removed the shingles. They cut out and replaced that area at no extra charge. They used tar to seal all the areas where the flat roof met the walls of the house, then rolled on the silver-gray rubber coating. It looks great and should protect that area for at least 5 years. Overall a really great experience.

They were pretty good. He came out here and checked it out the roof for any missing tiles or whatever. So far there are no more leaks. They were very efficient.

It didn't go very well. I requested twice for their written proposal and they never responded. So I have since requested to get that $49 back. Ariana from All Quality called me and she was kind enough to tell me that I could request a refund. I was just chocking it up as a bad experience but then she said I could try to get a refund so I did that. I called Angie's List and somebody said that they would follow up on it. They verbally told me what they would charge but they never backed it up with anything in writing. So I had no confidence that what they told me verbally was true. What they told me verbally was a decent price.

I called the company this morning and they came out today. They were courteous and clean. They power washed by hand and cleaned the gutters. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Anthony and Andy were the guys that did the work.
