"I received harsh words from a who took advantage of us contractors. I'd like to clarify the facts to people read your review. I'll find a way to post pictures we took of before and finished. Plus a written by you to Steve of what a amazing he did and how satisfied you were. After 2 hours, they left and returned for final payment and asked if your SATISFIED looks awesome. When Mike began the job, Mike said this was an older house, the taping was tore, some cracks were 2 to 3 inches wide. nail pops, cracks in 90% allover the house. Which the guys as in your contract which you singed, that we HIT IN NAILS , SPACKLE and PAINT. not to REMOVE NAILS CAUSING, BUY DRYWALL SCREWS allover your house. Mike, to hire a drywall company after they finish, we can do the painting. Your reply to him is, nah, we're listing the house. The planks, now way would fit in a power lift through your front single to paint a 28ft high foyer with narrow space. my 24ft ladder wouldn't fit. we had to create something to leverage with the planks you offered to us for Steve had to go home depot. Yes, I assumed, and said about 2 weeks. Steve and Mike became furniture movers for you to move and then put them back as way were. Mike's father, who lives in Florida, flew having heart surgery. Please don't forget you went away 2 weeks away. when you came back- high winds, earthquake - yes, you got new cracks we had fix them 3 times. To hurry the job, I finally got my part-time Matt to come. Steve and Mike said prior leaving and explaining the cracks and nailpops may come back, some new or old ones, but we fixed what we can. You said I understand. I got your calls, spoke to you and Brian your husband, I'll have the guys to come back, called me and said NEW POPS/CRACKS ... you wanted the nails removed/screws and fix cracks and you wanted it done on weekends. As I stated, I after working M-F, they families or whatever they do on weekends. I offered to repaint the foyer with 28ft ceiling/walls and my dime. Brian refused and the little threatened court, and he wanted full re-payment, after seeing, I totally under under quoted, you made out cause I came to look at your house and didn't see the mess I walked into. Painters or another contractors, WARNING DO NOT DO ANYWORK FOR THESE PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU HAVE ALOT MONEY AND TIME TO KEEP GOING BACK TO FIX THINGS YOU ALREADY DID 4 TO 5 TIMES. Also a bad review to try put out of business. Wish I'd like to write a review on them."
