The clean up was okay, but they used a line trimmer to trim a large flower bed and, in the process, cut and destroyed over two dozen drip lines that were in the bed for irrigation. After being notified, they have ignored our calls and texts for over 3 weeks and we have to hire someone else to fix their mess. Very poor communication and integrity. Do not hire.

Refused to complete job after I paid 3,000. Actually he didn't know how to blacktop yard even though he stated he had done it before. Never came back and told me over the phone to get someone else to finish the job. Feel free to call me!(505)307-2877

"We did exactly what the invoice said and what he wanted . But he did like it and want something different after it was done and he didn’t want to pay for it. Still didn’t pay me the balance on the job. I have the invoice of what we said we would do and supplies."

Chris Moses (the company owner) is a liar and a crook. Chris quoted $1,300 to replace two valves and vacuum breaks in the front yard and to add two additional sprinklers to the back. During this quote, Chris assured me that "this is a good price." I am partly to blame for trusting this guy, but turns out typical costs for this work would be $100/hr plus parts. The parts are ~$25 each. They were able to replace the front valves in ~3 hours, so $1,300 is over-charging by hundreds. When they were inspecting the backyard valve, one of his employees managed to break the existing valve; this was at about 5:30 PM. This valve was unfortunately directly tied to the street, so the only way to stop the water was to turn it off at the street, thereby shutting it off to the house. At this point, Chris quoted me $730 to replace this valve, the one his company just broke. Of course, I'm over a barrel at this point since I can't turn the water off to the house all night (family of 4 with young kids). He ends up lowering the price to $550 to replace the valve HIS COMPANY BROKE, which i have to accept. When all this is complete, the sun has set and work can't continue. Chris says they will be back in a week or two to finish the work. After Chris failed to answer his phone (during business hours) for a couple weeks, the COVID pandemic hit. Chris says his company can't work because of this (not true), but that's his choice, though I am sure the company finances would show he was still working during this time. After a couple months and the governor easing restrictions, I again try to get in contact with Chris. Again, he dodges my calls for a week. He finally responds to a text and says they will be out the following week on Wednesday. The day comes, All Seasons is no call - no show. Chris responds to another text saying there was an emergency and they will be out Thursday or Friday. Friday mid-morning Chris texts saying All Seasons would be unable to complete the work THEY WERE ALREADY PAID TO DO. He says he would refund me $215, a cost that is actually in-line with other contractors' rates. It has been two weeks since then, and I have still not received the refund. Unless I take this crook to small claims court, I doubt I ever will. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY!

Chris is the most unprofessional “business” owner I have ever met. First off he has a temper that is disgusting and makes his clients feel uncomfortable. He came to our home to do a reseeding and new sprinkler system. We paid in full over $3,000 and was guaranteed the grass would grow and guaranteed the sprinkler system. 5 weeks later and the grass is not growing right, there are patches everywhere and the sprinklers are not in the ground low enough to even mow. If you mow the grass you will ruin the lawn mower and sprinkler head. His staff mentioned that his temper is so bad they don’t even like working with him. When we called him to fix the issue he basically told us to **** off. He won’t own his mistakes and has no clue how to run a business let alone put seed in the ground. We have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and have hired an attorney who has also looked at the work and was advised that this was a job worth $30 not $3000. Let this be a message for you Chris, this is not the job for you. You will be sued and the truth will be revealed. Different news channels have already reached out to discuss your sceme as there are many more who disapprove of your work.

I called All Seasons for a quote to repair an existing sprinkler system. I'd received 2 other quotes for $1200-1500 to fix visible issues, including replacing the pump, and Chris recommended a whole new sprinkler system for $3400, which he would guarantee for 5 years, and an additional $800 to install grass seed on the 1/8 acre. That sounded better, not knowing whether there were other leaks under ground. So I went for it and paid half up front- he could start the next day. When he was at the property, I told him I'd send him pics of what I was trying to recreate, which I did that night. He didn't raise a single issue, and he and his team showed up promptly the next morning. The first sign of an issue was the next afternoon when he told me that the he could not dig in an area I wanted grass because there were too many tree roots. I said, no problem, can't we just get a sprinkler that points behind 15 feet, instead of forward, and he told me that those type sprinklers weren't included in the job and I'd need to buy that myself. This was concerning, since my contract had read "replace existing sprinklers". The sprinkler heads I already had were, nice, steel, level with the ground, and I was also bothered that in a $4200 job, he wasn't willing to make a $30 accommodation, especially when he'd agreed to replace the existing sprinklers, and hadn't told me it would be with ones of lesser quality. But it also seemed like a small issue to me, so I agreed to purchase a single additional sprinkler head if the area needed it after they were done. By the end of the day, Chris said he was almost done, and called me out to look. I was upset because all the sprinklers were 6 inches or more above ground. He tried to assure me that above ground was better because otherwise the sprinkler heads got dirt in them, and a weed whacker should be used anyway. I was intimidated as a single woman with a small child, five men around, feeling pressured, and so within 30 minutes of his leaving texted that that wasn't what was agreed, that I wanted better sprinkler heads, flush with the ground. That having them stick up so far above ground was a hazard for small kids, made it harder to mow, unsightly, and more of an attraction for dogs. He high-handedly told me we would discuss all problems in the morning when he returned. Ignoring my complaints or desire to get something in writing upset me more, and I told him that I insisted on a resolution in writing, and while he was welcome to come back to the property to get his things, please don't do any more work until this was resolved. Sure enough, he ignored my texts to give me any clarity in writing, and showed up at the property the next morning. I thought he might pull such an intimidating tactic, and so had stayed with a friend. He called me, outraged I wasn't there, and demanding full payment, saying that everything was done except screwing on a few sprinkler heads. He then refused to complete the work at all, insisting on at first full payment, then $400 discount, then $1600 discount. I offered him the chance to complete his work, or I would find someone else to complete it and pay the rest. Getting three more estimates on the cost to complete the work was eye opening. Not only had Chris' team left whole areas of intact old weeds and grass, untilled, but he had not used enough grass seed, the electric was disconnected, the second zone of water wasn't working at all, and worst, this brand new system Chris was guaranteeing for five years? He hadn't even bothered to replace timer (which was about five years old) or pump (which was over 20). Those of course were the only expensive elements of the system, and apparently weren't covered by his guarantee since he didn't have to replace them. The sprinkler heads he did install were of course the very cheapest all plastic $3 heads you could find. His treatment of me was so sketchy, intimidating and disingenuous. He refused to complete his work, misled me about my "brand new" system, showed up at my house with a crew of men when I made clear I preferred to resolve things by text at this point (and he didn't even engage in a discussion on it), and then refused to return to the property to fix his work, when given the option, but continued to press for additional payment. I have used Angies List to find an electrician, roofer, air duct cleaner, plumber in this area. All have been good experiences. This one was beyond terrible.

"OK FIRST YOUR NOT TELLING THE WHOLE STORY. YOUR TRYING TO MAKE ME LOOK BAD AND NOT TELL WHAT YOU SAID AND DID. DONT FORGET I STILL HAVE ALL THE TEXT MESSAGE. FIRST SHE STARTED TEXTING ME AFTER HOURS TILL 10:30 PM AND WE CLOSE AT 5PM. I WAS NICE TO TELL HER THAT WE CAN TALK ABOUT IT IN THE MORNING WE ARE CLOSED. THEN SHE TEXT ME AT 10:10PM SAYING ( LET ME REITERATE THAT ANY ADDITIONAL WORK ON MY YARD AT THIS POINT IS NOT PERMITTED AND WOULD BE TRESPASSING.) I CALLED HER THEN NEXT MORNING AND SHE WOULDN'T TAKE MY CALLS. SHE SAID NOW YOU WANT TO TALK. I TOLD HER WE DONT ANSWER CALLS OR TEXTS AFTER HOURS OR WHEN WE ARE CLOSED. WE WERE NOT DONE WITH THE WORK THERE WE CAME BACK THERE TO FINSH AND SHE WASNT THERE. AND DIDNT WANT ME TO DO ANYTHING. SO YES WE STILL HAD THINGS TO DO THERE. SHE ALSO HAD US DO THINGS THAT WASNT ON THE INVOICE. THIS ALL STARTED WHEN I SAID WE WOULD BE DONE TOMRROW AND SHE SAID ( WOW I DONT HAVE THE MONEY.) I DIDNT KNOW YOU WOULD BE DONE SO FAST. I SAID YES 2 DAYS I HAVE 5 PEOPLE OUT HERE ) I HAVE 5 PEOPLE THAT HEAR HER SAY THAT. AND WHEN WE HAD A PROBELM I TOLD HER AND HAD HER LOOK. SHE ALSO SAID THAT THAT WOULD BE OK. THE NIGHT WE LEFT I HAD HER COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. ( SHE SAID EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT AND THAT SHE LIKED IT ) ONCE AGIAN MY CREW WAS RIGHT THERE WITH ME AND HEAR HER SAY THAT. SHE THEN WANTED ME TO COME FINSH THE WORK AND I TOLD HER NO BECOUSE SHE HAS ALREADY KICK US OFF THE JOB DAYS AGO. WE DID 90% OF THE WORK AND SHE DONT PAY. WE ALSO HAVE PICS OF WHAT THINGS LOOKED LIKE BEFORE AND THE NIGHT WE LEFT. I TOLD HER SHE STILL HAD TO PAY ME FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. SHE THEN SAID SHE WAS GOING TO GET OTHER ESTIMATES TO FINSH THE SPRINKLER HEADS."
