All Seasons Maintenance & Landscaping

Although there were some issues regarding punctuality in the begining, they did show up in time on the 2nd day of the major work. Juan and his crew are Extremely hard working, and there was good communication before any Major limbs were removed, which I really appreciated. They also did a fantastic job of clean up. Juan gave me a very reasonable price considering all the hard work that they did. I highly recommend All Seasons and will use them again.

I originally had <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />them come in for the design phase of my yard which was the coupon we purchased <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />from Angie?s List. He came in, took some pictures and then came back with <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />printouts of a floor plan design as well as super-imposed elevations with the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />house and the ideas he came up with. When I told Juan I wanted an Italian Villa <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />look, he knocked it out of the park! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The design included a water <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />fountain, rock wall with pillars and Italian cypress adorning the front of our <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />home. He and the team removed an overgrown tree that was destroying my driveway <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />as well and replaced the area with beautifully placed pavers that added an additional <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />guest parking space as well as easier access to our rear yard. The entry now <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />has two low walls leading up to the entrance covered with hand cut flagstone, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />post lamps on the front pillars and lions on the rear. The columns to our home are <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />now accented have Italian cypresses and the built up section with the arched <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />retaining wall are now home to a Venetian style fountain. The plants were hand-picked <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />to make sure it provided the right color and theme to the front. A hanging lamp <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />is now over our entryway with a massive 27? medallion to provide another level <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />of grandeur. On the opposite side of the property, another pillar was placed <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />and reinforced for a 20? flag pole as well as lighting so that Old Glory never <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />falls into darkness. There are too many details to describe, but I will <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />describe one of the important ones that really made the project special. Juan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />knew that we were newlyweds (October 2014) and that we purchased this house in <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />September 2014 (yes, we like the pressure) and he wanted to add a nice touch. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />He found a piece of flagstone and trimmed it up a bit and placed it on the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />centerline in front of our entryway. That piece was a heart. Mr. Garcia spoke broken English but he was polite and had a pleasant manner.  When he left I asked for his business card and he gave me a slick and colorful business card that showed the name of his business and his license number.  The license number on his business card is a Clark County Business License.  This, in and of itself, is not sufficient.  Per Nevada Revised Statutes (http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NAC/NAC-624.html#NAC624Sec140), companies that "...grade and prepare plots of land for architectural horticulture, decoratively treat, arrange, plant and maintain gardens, lawns, shrubs, vines, bushes, trees and other vegetation, construct systems of drainage and landscape irrigation, install rocks, sand, gravel and other landscape materials that use xeriscape principles, hydroseed by spraying mulch, seeds and nutrients under pressure, control soil erosion and install nonengineered decorative landscape ponds or nonengineered prefabricated trellises and arbors." must have a Classification C-10 Landscape Contracting license. <br /> <br /> As explained at the Nevada State Contractors Board web site, it is a crime in Nevada to perform contracting services (including landscaping) without a contractor's license.  Upon Checking Mr. Garcia out at nvcontractorsboard.com I found that his name, his business, and his contractors license number were not listed (hence, my overall rating of "F").  Since Angie's List requires payment before the customer contacts the provider and before any services are performed it is the responsibility of Angie's List to verify that any contracting services they offer are performed by licensed contractors.  If Angie's List fails to do this they can be held liable for any substandard service and for any and all damage (such as cut power lines) directly resulting from work performed by unlicensed contractors.  I will not be hiring All Seasons Maintenance to do any work on my property.  If I get a proposal from Mr. Garcia that I can use with a licensed contractor I will not ask Angie's List for a refund, and I will give Mr. Garcia 2 more weeks to provide a proposal since it is the Holiday Season.

It went horrid. Mr. Garcia came and looked at my small backyard then asked me what I wanted done. I told him I was expecting him to at least give me some ideas as to what could be done. My wife started giving him ideas as to what she wanted in concept. Mr Garcia finally made a couple of suggestions regarding stone and took some measurements and said he would work up a quote. My wife asked to see the type of stone he was referring to and after several requests he went to his truck and brought in a sample book. We selected a couple of types and I asked Mr. Garcia to give me a quote on both and give men the conceptual drawing that was in his Angie's List promotion.  <br /> I never received a written quote nor anything else from Mr Garcia. <br /> The only thing Mr. Garcia did that was on the promotion was to come to my house. He did not do any of the following items as shown in his promotion: <br /> $49 for a landscaping evaluation of your yard with a proposal and a conceptual plan/drawing of your project <br /> Service provider will come to your home and talk through all your options for both landscaping and hardscaping <br /> Deal could be used for plant location mapping, retaining walls, water features, handling drainage issues, and privacy options"landscaping evaluation of your yard with a proposal and a conceptual plan/drawing <br /> Again, anyone who uses this provider is doing so at their own risk and waste of time. <br />

It went very well. I am having them maintain my yard twice a month. <br />

Juan showed up promptly on Friday for the estimate. He looked everything over and made several suggestions on how to <br /> improve my water usage etc.. I suggested that for now we just get everything cleaned up and trimmed properly so we could start fresh and see what we wanted to keep and what would be changed. He gave me an estimate and said he would try and do it in one day if possible and could start Friday if I wished. He showed up Friday morning at 7:30 AM with three helpers and they went to work with an obvious plan. About 2:00 PM two more of his workers appeared and everyone seemed to know what to do, no time wasted. By 4:30 they were finished and an amazing amount of work had been done and all debris removed. All of Juan's crew were courteous, and respectful of my property. His workers were equipped with the professional tools they needed and never ask to borrow or use any of mine. I was so impressed by them all I hired them for regular service. I highly recommend this company. <br /> Thanks Juan ! <br />

Juan is professional and precise and extremely accurate in his ability to size an effort.  In 2 days Juan and his crew transformed my backyard from a major construction site to a beautiful and "finished" backyard; one I am proud of.  Most importantly, his artistry and attention to detail make my wife happy with his work too, and around here when the woman of the house is happy...I am happy!  Including a couple of before & after pics for your envious enjoyment...:) <br />

They are very good because I've been using them and I'm happy.

I include before and after pictures to show the big difference a good landscaper can make. Took them about three days of hard work. Just mowed it for the first time and it still looks great. I will get another quote from them for further work on my yard.

<p>They are very polite, first they cut the grass, treemed bushes, then tested sprinklers,  guys always help if i want to do some changes.</p> <p>I would definetly recommend them.</p> <br />

We told the guy what we wanted and he came back with some ideas and showed us a bunch of pictures. He was hard to understand because he spoke a little Spanish. We hired him the first time he came just to clean up the backyard because it was a mess. He and a helper came out. They were here for 4 hours and only charged us $100. Then he gave us an estimate for the landscaping. After he did the landscaping, we kept him on. We are more than happy. He is excellent. His prices are very reasonable.

Called initially to have over grown yard cleaned up including 2 tree's removed as well as leaking sprinkler repaired.  Juan and crew did a great job and now come once a month to maintain front and rear yards. <br />

Prompt to give initial estimate for yard cleanup.  Showed up on time on day of service, brought plenty of help.  Did a great job and exactly what I had asked for.  A few days later I ran into an issue with Republic Services who refused to pickup the waste even though it was all bagged and bundled properly.  All Seasons Maintenance and Landscaping went above and beyond to help resolve the issue with Republic Services.  I will be using All Seasons Maintenance and Landscaping again, in fact I will be bringing them back soon to complete another job they gave me an estimate on when they were here last. <br /> . <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

I am very satisfied with my service from All Seasons Maintenance.  He is respectful of your house and property, he wore booties into my home to go over my estimate so that he did not get any marks on my flooring.  My neighbors were so impressed with the work he was doing, they hired him to begin doing landscaping for them as well.
