They did control a lot of mice coming in, but I did have one mouse in the kitchen that they were never able to get rid of, so I was not happy with that. I mainly called them for that mouse that I had in the house and they were never able to take care of that and we ended up taking care of that mouse.

Our experience with them has been good. We have been using their services for two years. We like that they are dependable. They always come on time. They are polite and we have never seen any kind of pests in the house, no spiders or bugs. They are doing a thorough job. Their prices maybe higher than others, but we are happy with them so we stay with them.

We had an infestation of springtails, which we didn't realize until they were out of hand. These little critters are only about 1/16-1/8 of an inch long, but just a nuisance. I called the company and the owner came out to spray a product which was not harmful to us or animals. First spraying did cut down, but didn't get rid of them totally, so I called again. They said they guaranteed their work and would come out to spray using another product which would leave a residual outside and another product inside which would not be harmful, called food grade diametaceous earth. Only charged for the first spraying. Seems to have done wonders and then recommended a product for the drain in the basement because these critters love to live there in the water. This was extra and I was more than willing to pay if it did the trick. So far it seems they are gone. I know these are difficult to get rid of because they live naturally in the soil destroying the decaying matter. We were very pleased with the results of the treatment. <br />

We requested service from All Seasons Pest Control to combat spiders and wasps in the house we recently moved into. <br /> When I originally called the company to request service, my call was automatically forwarded to voicemail. I left a message requesting a call back. Unlike most companies in Rapid City who either never call back or take their sweet time to do so, All Seasons Pest Control called back promptly (within a couple of hours) and scheduled service visit to our home for the very next day. <br /> The technician who came out was very courteous and professional (he even placed shoe covers on his feet when entering the house to protect our floors), He was very knowledgeable about his work and eased my mind about the effect on pets and humans of the product he used (there are none - it affects only invertebrates). He was very pleasant throughout the visit and recommended an annual pest protection plan for our property. <br /> After the treatment, we only found one dead spider in the house and a few dead insects in the garage, but we never again saw spiders scurrying along the walls or wasps buzzing around the dwelling. Great job, All Seasons Pest Control! We will definitely use their services again. <br />

We moved into an older home that had been vacant for a few years. The first night we heard movement and noises coming from our attic. All Seasons was recommended to me by a friend. I called, spoke to a gentleman named Rob, and he said he would have someone over that afternoon. Rob himself showed up in a nice vehicle, was cleanly dressed, and acted very professionally. He inspected our attic and reported back that we had a number of bats living in our attic. He assured us that he could humanely remove them and seal up their entrances. One of Rob's workers came back the next day, also clean and professional, performed the work and we have been bat-free every since!! Thanks All Seasons!!-Jim & Betty RC, SD

I have never written a review for anyone on Angie's List, but when I saw a recent review for All Seasons Pest Control, I was stunned. I have known the owner for years, and I know him to be a man of his word. He says what he means, and means what he says. I know that he is proud of his work and takes it very serious. I have used other local pest control companies to no avail. All Seasons Pest Control did it's work well, and did it right. I have had no issues with insects since All Seasons Pest Control did their great work.

After seeing the review left by a recent customer here on Angie's List, I was compelled to tell my opinion of this business. Rob and All-Seasons have been my go-to guys for pest control for many years. Maybe it was the movie Arachnophobia that did me in, but I am a huge sissy when it comes to spiders and other creepy crawlers. Finding the occasional spider is NOT TOLERATED in my house lol. I have Rob spray my house in and out twice a year, and I could not be happier. I don't even see the occasional web or nothin'. I usually have a housefull of people for the Rally, and we spend alot of time in our yard. The grasshoppers have been so crazy the last few years, so the last two summers I had Rob spray my yard and the results were amazing! We could actually use our yard again! Rob and his guys have always been punctual, professional, and trustworthy. I recommend All Seasons to my friends and family regularly!!

I had originally asked them to close off the three holes. The first time they came was wonderful. Their technician was taking care of things and was working on resolving the problem; however, he ended up leaving the company so the owner came to finish the job did not do a good job. He did not follow through with closing off the areas that the mice could get in and he conveyed to my husband that the issue was resolved and it was not. After he came, I found holes where varmints were coming in. He said that since there were not any mice feces left then the problem was resolved. I have since found a lot of mouse pee and the bottom of my countertop has been damaged by the mice. I read online that the mice are supposed to have fresh bait left once a month and they did not ever change the bait. They also left mice bait in the garage and said that they did not find any mice feces there either. I moved shelving in the garage that was next to the bait station and found an area approximately 5ft x 3ft where there was a mouse nest, mice feces, and seeds gathered by the mice. They also filled an open hole area on both sides of the steps with concrete, however, they did not remove the food before filling the hole. They also have not closed off the three major holes that I had initially asked them to do. My clothes have been ruined because of the mice, as well.

"My name is Rob Williams, I own All Seasons Pest Control. According to the pest control reviews posted by this customer, she has hired 3 different pest control companies to solve her problem - my company was the most recent as of March 15, 2012. Please notice that none of the 3 were able to solve her problem. I feel the reason my company received such a negative review from her is due to the fact that I turned down further work from her. We can only fix a pest problem when there are physical pests to be controlled. These pests are not real, or physical. If so, surely one of the three hired companies would have had success. If I would have performed all her requests, she would have had me: 1) seal the purge valve on her water heater - from time to time she's heard mice in it (it's really the water boiling). 2) Seal the furnace vent, sewer vent and all eave and attic vents - squirrels are "squeezing" through the 1/8" mesh. 3) Seal floor drains - squirrels and mice were swimming up through them. If I did what she asked me to do, I would have flooded their basement, blew up the water heater, asphyxiated her and her family with furnace exhaust, and blew a hole in her roof. I am an expert in my field. I have nearly 20 years of construction and pest control experience. I think things through before I commence any work, and if I feel certain work is hazardous to myself or customers, I will not do it. I would much rather not have work than do what I know is wrong in the name of money. Please consider the other reviews my customers post have posted. If you check us out with Better Business Bureau, or any other business accountability resource, you will see that we never do business in the manner she portrayed in her review of our company.
