They did fine. It was a little pricey. I had several estimates done and they were all about the same. There was a problem and they came back and fixed it. They were here on time, they did everything they were supposed to.

All Seasons Service Network was disappointing in the quality of work done in aspects of this installation. Original installation in August, 2014. After one full year of call backs some installation issues were still outstanding in November 2014. <br /> History <br /> 1. Leak from improper installation of copper pipe to condensate pump causing damage to two rooms of hardwood flooring. Contractor replaced flooring. <br /> 2. Air handler installed one inch off, making it impossible to insert filter through closet doorway. Required installation of four additional filters to replace master filter. <br /> 3. Outside unit installed on slant out of level. <br /> 4. Many issues with duct work installation, improper alignment, 90 degree turns and connections not sealed. <br /> 5. Numerous call backs on poor cooling performance with no corrective action accomplished. <br /> 6. 6 months after installation, discovered built in factory air filter under air handler. This was never removed during installation and coated with construction dust and material. <br /> 7. First discovery of open areas in air conditioning closet ceiling. Huge holes open to attic. Corrected. <br /> 8. 2nd leak in copper line to condensate pump. Not properly installed nor repaired first time. <br /> 9. All Seasons promised to register the system with Carrier Corp, in a timely fashion to assure issuance of a 10 year warranty. This was not done. 10 year warranty not issued. Required extensive work by homeowner directly with Carrier to have 10 year warranted reinstated. <br /> 10. Following continuing cooling and heating issues, homeowner requested service from another air conditioning company. They corrected wiring and programming issues from original work and discovered no P trap or safety switch at air handler had been installed. <br /> 11. After one year of use and high electric bills, homeowner hired an outside contractor to conduct an energy audit. The entire back half of the air handler closet, hidden behind the unit, was open to the attic. Return lines were not connected properly at the unit. <br /> Homeowner spent over $1,000.00 additional to correct outstanding installation issues and asked All Seasons for reimbursement. They have never answered our certified letter. <br />

There was water leaking around my furnace. I called and was given a time that they would be at my home. The technician arrived on time and provided a general tune up and gave information as to what was causing the leakage. I will use this company again in the future <br /> <br />

The install was seemingly ok. However, I always like to be on site to make sure things are done to my standard. I had to do some small reworking on the returns, so the larger unit would be able to pull enough air. I am ok with this, since they would have added to my price for construction costs. <br /> The unit was installed and everything was good. However, when I returned from work after the first day to check the inside of the return for seals, etc, I noticed that there was a large amount of debris from the install, RIGHT BELOW THE INTAKE! There is a reason filters are put on the returns, and it's to prevent crap like construction debris from filling the cavity below the unit. These guys got done with the job, sealed everything excellently, but forgot to do the most important part - CLEAN out the debris. <br /> Fortunately, I found it early, and it has not caused any issues, YET. But I assure you, if this unit so much as makes a funny noise, they will be replacing it on their dime. <br /> <br />

Jason took one look at the unit, showed me the trip switch and how reset it. There was nothing that needed to be done. His honesty saved me from the continual scam of several other providers who had kept replacing parts without telling me about this electrical trip switch. He educated me thoroughly about the unit. He was great and I will definitely use him in the future if the need arises. He didn't even charge me for travel milage.

A very good installation job, work done by Dana. The work was easily scheduled and carried out as agreed. A clean installation inside and out, took about 4 hours or so. The floor areas used by the installer were covered for protection. Do your homework when looking into the equipment manufacturers and utility companies rebate programs. All Seasons was the only HVAC company that informed me of the local gas company rebate on a basic type furnace. The job was done about 7 months ago so the A/C and furnace units have been used with no problems. ** Based on my experience, I find them to be a good reliable company**. <br />

The technician was prompt, informed me about the additional cost due to a weekend call prior to coming, and was polite and neat. He also discussed the age of my unit, that it would probably need to be replaced within the next year, and informed me about current incentives available through my power company. I didn't feel that this was a sales pitch, just good information. <br />

I used them for a major project about 7 years ago and they replaced air-conditioning for me. If I need them, they would be the first people I would call and I would still two estimates on air-conditioning work if it is major work.

The technician discovered that the drain pipe was blocked and corrected the problem immediately at no extra cost. Very professional and courteous. They are my "go to" company for HVAC from now on.

I called because I have used them before and seemed fair. They were a little slow in response but made good on it by coming on saturday which is what I wanted because I was having carpet installed in hallway. When I pulled up the old carpet I discovered a small amount of water so I wanted this corrected before they came out. When we talked friday evening they agreed to come out saturday but no one called to confirm the appt until late saturday but Tom did come around noon. Apparently they gave him the wrong address as well because he was a FEW minutes late. I did have to cancel the carpet installer until monday because they would have been in each others way and I wanted the a/c fixed FIRST. I was a little disappointed on price because I ask Tom on the phone how much and he said about $300.00 and it ended up at $350.00. Although the price was a little higher and nothing was confirmed Tom made up for it by coming on saturday anyway. I did have to call a contractor back and cancel my appt with him and tell him I already had it done and would not need his services. I want to be fair in this report and to relay to other customers that I am completely satisfied and I will use this company again and I will recommend them.Tom was great, very professional and curtious. He did a great job from start to cleanup. The a/c is performing wonderful and I am almost certain I will save a few bucks on my electric bill because it is performing so well and running less. $$$ I had my carpet installed and all is well.

It was hot and I think that it was towards the end of the summer that I used them. I was very satisfied. I did not find them on Angie's List. The job was excellent and I was very happy with them. They were very professional and customer oriented. I was very pleased. I would absolutely recommend them to the others. They are the only ones that I would absolutely use in the future because I was very satisfied. I got the one that was more efficient which made it more expensive. I never really researched the price.

First of all, I was very fortunate to have Mark handle the installation; he is incredible, a very hard worker, provides detailed explainations, very customer oriented, very professional and a great personality! The initial visit was to replace the outside unit which he handled and discussed what would be needed inside when that was the case. He also told me what to watch for and explained how the system worked! When it ran continuously for several days, I called Mark to schedule the replacement inside. <br /> <br /> The office staff also follows up to confirm appointments, the service technicians are always on time & very reliable.

The experience went well. I called and a tech was out about 30 minutes later. He was very nice, helpful and professional. Once he was finished he made sure to clean up and he was on his way.

It was a wonderful experience, not only was my Technician awesome but the office personnel followed-up to remind me of the appointment and afterwards to be certain I was happy with their service; no, I wasn't happy - I was estatic with the high level of professionalism and service!! Plus, the cost is extrememly reasonable with the annual package for ac & heating check - they do it all for one reasonable price!
