Francisco and his crew smashed a main line in my sprinkler system while cutting the tree down. The repairs to the water line cost as much as I paid to cut the tree down. Francisco did not inform me of the damage and did not return any of my many phone calls or messages once I discovered the damage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Francisco and his crew did a fine job chopping down and removing the tree, BUT they damaged my irrigation system and ignored my attempts to address it with them. I discovered a valve box and sprinkler pipe had been smashed after the work was completed and Francisco was paid. I attempted to contact Francisco about the damage repeatedly, but I have been ignored. I will have to pay hundreds of dollars (about 50% what I paid for the tree removal) myself to repair the damage they caused. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE.

Francisco arrived on time and he and his crew worked very hard throughout the day to complete the project. His price was fair, he was easy to talk to, and they, completed the project exactly as I asked. I look forward to working with him again.
