Awful. Honestly a nightmare. They removed a 20 foot long privacy hedge that was not supposed to be removed. They sprayed herbicide carelessly that killed the lower branches upwards of 15 feet high on an adult healthy tree. Shelly Meyers, the office manager saved my card number from a previous payment and then a week later made fraudulent charges on my card without my authorization or permission for work that they never did. When I tried to resolve this issue, they ignored my calls, texts and emails for months. I am now taking them to small claims court for the $800+ they stole. Truly a horrible, unethical company.

We determined that the tree needed to be removed ASAP. I called All Season's Tree Service on Monday morning and asked for an estimate. Larry came later in the morning and gave us an estimate. We did not receive timely bids from the others we asked. The estimate we received from Larry was reasonable. We said we would like to go ahead with All Season's. The next morning, Tuesday, three men came with their equipment. They went about their work in a very professional manner. The tree was methodically removed with no damage to our property! Cleanup was fantastic!! You would hardly know there had been a tree in our front yard. I would highly recommend All Season's Tree Removal!!!

They cut off all of the branches that hung over my house and the dead branches. The salesman told me which branches should be removed, the man that cut them decided one of the branches that should have been cut off, shouldn't be because it looked better. That was in the fall, now that it's summer and the leaves are on the trees, that branch is hitting the boulevard tree. That was the reason it should have been cut off.

We had first contacted All Seasons three years ago to ask for a quote to remove these trees but never ended up moving forward with the work. We decided it was time to pull the trigger and get it done. We contacted All Seasons to leave a message and received a call back from Tony Soto within an hour or two! Since so much time had passed, Tony agreed to take a look and provided another estimate. It was only slightly higher than the original estimate from three years ago so we agreed to have the work done.

It took a couple of days to complete the job due to equipment troubles but it didn't impact us at all and Tony kept us updated all along the way via phone.

A neighbor was so impressed with Tony and his crew that they will likely use All Seasons to perform some tree trimming.

We have used Angie's List a number of times before to find service providers, and have never been disappointed. This one was a nightmare.
I confirm what others have said about communications. In person Tony (the arborist/saleman) was nice and seemed to know what he was talking about. In retrospect, he did most of the talking and asked only what we wanted done, not what was important to us - like preserving shade and privacy. His phone skills were awful. After we agreed on the work, I asked for a written confirmation of the price. Here's what I got via e-mail - the entire email verbatim (except for removing my address):
-----
bid at
remove 8 spruce 1 ash trim 2 ash 1 locust 1 birch 1 maple 1 lilac $3500 - 5% = $3325 also 9 stumps haul chips $850 plus tax 7.125
-----
They didn't even bother calculating the total. After the work was 'done' - when it really wasn't - Tony just wanted to drop by and pick up the check.
The crew that took down the trees did a great job and cleaned up really well. That part was fine.
The trimmers went nuts. I expected them to cut out the dead wood and trim the trees up away from our second-story deck. Instead, they trimmed off all of the branches up to about 30 feet above the ground. The hardwood trees that shaded my deck and provided a screen from my neighbors' houses looked more like palms when finished - bare trunks except for a few branches above the housetops. I was devastated. My favorite tree looked so bad - like something you'd see in a Dr. Seuss book - that we ended up taking it down.
Then the stump grinder came in. Tony said that he'd clean up so well that I could just lay sod if I wanted to when he was done. He totally missed two of the stumps and many surface roots, and left inches of mud-encrusted wood chips everywhere. One spot right on the front curb was totally torn up, uneven, had roots above the surface, and loads of wood chips. I sent Tony pictures and explained what was wrong. The stump man came back twice after I complained, each time doing almost nothing. I spent an entire weekend cleaning up and ended up hauling away more wood chips than I could fit in my pickup truck. There are still stumps that are ground only even with the surface, and none that are more than two or three inches below the surface. My advice - find someone else and make sure everything is in writing. Specify that you want all the stumps ground six inches below the surface - which is pretty standard.
I was very happy with the service we received from All Seasons Tree Service. I called them early in the morning and the owner came right over (within a half hour) to look at our problem. Our trees were in a bad location, growing out of a tree well, and we live up on a bluff with difficult access. One tree had come down 2 days earlier and had fallen on the power lines in front of our house. There was a big mess to clean up from Excel Energy in front of our house next to the road. There was another tree ready to fall that had been growing next to the other tree hanging over our driveway and stairs where people walk and I was afraid it would fall on someone. We talked about cost and gave them the job right away because of their promt attention to the matter. I called them a 7:30 am and within an hour or so the whole crew was at our house. They were so fast and it was a hard job! They also had to climb up one of our trees in the back yard (which is huge and high up there) as we can't get any equipment back there and trim branches off of that tree. The guys had to carry all those big limbs down to the truck. I think this big job only took them 21/2 hours including cleanup! Wow! They cleaned everything up except they forgot one big piece of the tree that was hidden under a pine tree. No big deal although I wish they would have brought it with them because it is huge. They did a great job. It was a difficult job as they had to carry pieces of the cut up tree down stairs and also over a 2 tiered retaing wall. I felt sorry for the guys they were really working hard! They really get down to business! I would for sure use them again!
I had 4 tree services come by for estimates. All Seasons was the most reasonable plus they were recommended by a friend. They were very quick to respond and were able to do the job just a few days after the estimate. Everything looked great and they didn't leave a mess.
All Seasons was in the neighborhood for a big job across the street. I checked Angies List and found an A rating. I had them down a small sick tree in the back job while they were in the area. They downed it quickly and cleaned up very well. Quick and easy.
Fantastic. This is my second time using Tony at All Seasons Tree Service. He was punctual, totally professional, friendly and awesome to work with. I purposely bought my Angie's List membership just to get this coupon - love his service. I trust him, and love how he doesn't leave a mess and doesn't injure any of the underground cover below the trees.

I was originally planning on getting several companies to quote me on some tree trimming we needed performing at our property, but we were so impressed with the consultant/owner that came out, we stopped after one quote and signed the contract same day.
The man who came to meet with us instantly identified each of trees we had concerns over, told us about the species, the care and attention they needed, and justification for his recommendations. He was clearly an expert in his field.
We agreed to his suggestions, his price, and signed up, and using an Angies List coupon saved $40 on the job too.
We were not home when he returned with his crew and performed the work. But it was like they had never been there. All the trees had been trimmed up just like he promised, all debris and mess was removed.
It was like a magic tree fairy had swung by in the night and magic'd all our trees into the right shape.
Okay, I may be exaggerating a little there. But he did an awesome job, left no mess, and the trees look so much better than they did before. I also believe that some of the work they carried out have prevented future problems that may have resulted in much more expensive work.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing some tree work done. Very pleased.
I purchased an Angie's list coupon in January.
1) The phone number given to me on my Angie's list message from the provider was incorrect. I had to look-up the number to contact the provider to schedule service
2) I spoke to the provider 3 times over 2 weeks as I was hoping to get the tree trimming scheduled. After several attempts, I was unable to get the provider to meet me when I would be home to do the estimate. The provider visited the house when I wasn't home and called me with the estimate and indicated the work would be done in a couple of weeks. 2 weeks went by and no one showed up, without explanation. I called and explained I wanted to have the tree trimmed before March as it was an oak.
3) Tree was trimmed the first week in March while I was at work. I knew the crew must have been there because there were tire tracks through my front yard to the back fence on the side of the property the tree was located.
4) My deck furniture was piled next to my back door so I was unable to open it, so I needed to go out my patio door (I would have moved my deck furniture if I had known they were coming but I was not informed)
5) There were several dents in my wood deck rail, down to the bare wood, where heavy branches or equipment hit the wood railing.
6) A large branch and smaller branch were removed as requested. However none of the smaller twigs that were growing up the trunk of the tree were trimmed as I had requested. I'm assuming they forgot since it was 7 weeks or so since I originally talked to them about what I wanted
The tire treads in my front yard disappeared by mid April, but the deck railing needed to be sanded and re-stained to minimize the appearance of the damage. The two tree branches they took off were fine, but my overall impression of their professionalism was negative and I wouldn't use them again, or recommend them.
