All Shine House Cleaning gals are very professional, kind and efficient. Jake & Katie were here for our cleaning today and they were wonderful and thorough. I enjoyed my chats with them. I can tell you the feeling of coming home to an already cleaned house is priceless. We had to skip a week due to covid a few months ago and I could just tell. I'll never skip a week again. I can't rave enough about our experience! We scheduled a deep clean for our home. I received my quote within an hour of requesting it and was scheduled for the following week. The ladies showed up promptly and did a phenomenal job. I mean, phenomenal! Our house has NEVER been so sparkling clean. They were professional and very personable. Andreiza, the owner, followed up with us immediately after the service to check in. Fantastic customer service. We have been using All Shine House Cleaning on a regular basis now. It is worth every penny.

The team that came to deep clean my home was wonderful. Arrived on time, worked attentively, listened to our needs plus they were super friendly and patient with our overly curious dog. Would not recommend whether it is Perfect Maids RVA or All Shine House Cleaning, they are both Reggie and Andreiza Freitas. Pricing is higher than other companies and the owners are unwilling to receive feedback or provide corrections to their staff. What started out as a great experience quickly went downhill. Andreiza and Reggie initially visited our home and assured us they had a solid quality plan in place for consistent work. They said the team would work the perimeter of the room then work inward to ensure all surfaces were clean. If any area was missed, they were happy to address it and retrain or speak with the team. Unfortunately, this did not occur. Any time something was pointed out the team was just apologetic but made no efforts to fix it. When this was brought forth to Andreiza, she was not willing to hear or listen to my concerns. She instead asked me to feel free to find another company. This is not customer service. I am not hard to please, in fact we had months of bi-weekly cleans that were going well. It all fell apart after we took a pause for COVID-19 and then resumed cleanings. I asked her to delay a month and after one clean was skipped she asked if they could resume. I reluctantly agreed, as I did miss them as they did do a great job. However, upon resuming work, 3 bi-weekly cleans in a row with subpar work with no willingness to correct. My daughter and wife were uncomfortable in our home as one of the cleaners was dealing with a personal issue while on the job. I would not recommend as it is odd to be “fired” as a customer from the owner who could not hear that the commode was still dirty. I can accept that different areas will be our could be missed but that is the one thing in the home that should never be “missed”.

We have been happy using All Shine House Cleaning twice month for over 7 months now. Gisele and Diene always do a great job cleaning my home. They always come with a smile and a great attitude. The first thing my kids do when we get home after the house has been cleaned is to see how their stuffed animals have been arranged on their beds. (Their favorite was when all their stuffed animals were sitting around one of their books, pretending to read.)

I have been using All Shine house cleaning every other week for over 2 years, and they are fantastic! Every maid I have had assigned to clean my house has been amazing. over the years it seems their service continues to get better & better!

Reggie and Thais are the best. Reggie explained to me everything up front. Thais and Olivia did an amazing job. It is a great feeling to come home and have everything cleaned! Perfect Maids house cleaning is great. The girls do a very thorough job. It's like the cleaning fairies come in and do everything so I can spend time doing other things (or nothing at all). I highly recommend Perfect Maids. I paid double on my first deep top to bottom cleaning and $130 on my regular cleaning (every 2 weeks).

Awesome! We couldn't be happier with the cleaning our house received! They cleaned areas and added little extra touches that we have never received from other cleaning services, Perfect Maids is fast, friendly, reasonably priced, trustworthy, and the house is so clean.

While the attention to detail varies... it only varies between really good and excellent! The administration is very communicative, and EVERYONE is always friendly. Sometimes the constant requests for feedback are annoying... Our recent cleaning handled by Jackeline and Thais was simply perfection. They took such great care of our home and we could really see their attention to detail! Our home looked and smelled amazing! My husband and I would recommend All Shine House Cleaning to anyone looking for a cleaning team; they're fantastic!.

Elaine and Reggie do a great job with our cleaning. They're thorough and pay attention to details - it's always a pleasure to come home after they've visited. Additionally, the main office is easy to work with and the pricing is reasonable.

So grateful to have found All shine. We have lived in Chesterfield for a little over two years and I have had several people come and go, never meeting our expectations. I found All Shine because one of their cars was at my neighbors and when I called I was greeted with a warm voice assuring me they'll meet my expectations. I had my first cleaning (TOP TO BOTTOM) last fall and my team is awesome, dynamic, worked efficiently and detailed, I always find beautiful carpet lines, amazing artwork for toilet paper that I didn’t want to use because it was so cute! the care and attention they gave my home exceeded my expectations. I’m hoping the consistency stays above par. They are very friendly and more than accommodating. If you have any problems with things that they missed while cleaning makes sure to let them knowand they will take care of them within 24 hours.

Reggie and Ashley are rock stars! It's always rewarding coming home after having them clean my house, very detail oriented! Being pregnant, it's not always easy to get the bathrooms and floors cleaned well so it's a huge treat (seriously think baby shower gifts... ) to not have to do it! They didn't miss a thing. When they say "top to bottom deluxe cleaning", they mean TOP TO BOTTOM! They did another wonderful job today. I have been using All Shine for over 4 months now, and I still very impressed. Thank you for the amazing work! They gave me a quote for $155 every other week and $310 for a deep cleaning.

We've only had the deep clean so far, but it was great - the house hasn't been that clean since we moved in! Can't comment on the bi-weekly cleanings, since we haven't had our first one yet.

Hi, I'm Margareth. Long story short, last summer we bought a new home in Chesterfield. I found All shine on Angie's list and called them to get a quote, Andreiza (the owner), came to my home and gave me a check list and explained to me how they clean and what they were going to use in my house to not only clean but to also disinfected, she gave me a quote for $155 every other week since they do not clean once a month. I also called another company that left a business card on my mailbox, they gave me a quote over the phone for $130, both of the companies charge double for a deep cleaning. I chose the business card one over All Shine. I used their services for a total of 3 times. The first clean was their "deep" clean and I was totally impressed. I thought I had found the perfect house cleaning company. The second time around...sloppy job. Emailed my complaints and they were responsible and even offered a discount on the next cleaning. So we gave them another chance. After their so-called cleaning I had made an entire list: 1. The stove was barely cleaned. 2. The appliances and countertop pieces in the kitchen were left dirty. 3. None of the trash bags were replaced even though I left trash bags on the counter and several trash bags are missing from the roll. 3. The gas stove was turned on and left alone, this should and will be reported. 4. Once again the bathroom was not cleaned appropriately. "FIRED" Now I have been using All shine house cleaning for over 4 months now. I can't be happier, they exceed my expectations every time. I like to walk barefoot and the fact I did not feel any crumbs on the floor, is heaven. I will never forget what Andreiza told me " Mrs. Margareth sit back and relax, I will take care of your house" and she kept the promise. They are, by far, the best house cleaning company in Chesterfield. Worth every penny!

We have been using All Shine for 2+ years to clean our home bi-monthly and I can't say enough great things about Andreiza, Reggie, and their team! They are always punctual, very detailed in their cleaning, and easy to work with if we need to change up our regular day. I always look forward to their visits as my home sparkles when they leave!

This company is awesome! They cleaned my house like I never could even on a good day (I recently had shoulder surgery and can't do much of anything right now). My house just sparkled. They even cleaned the cat tree!!!!!!!! So if you are looking for a quality company to do an over and above what's called for job, please call All Shine. I bought a house 2 years ago while I was recovering from a bad foot injury. I knew I was in no condition to clean it before moving in as I was barely mobile and in a rush to move, so I hired some lady I saw on a Facebook group. She had good reviews but it was a big mistake- she did a terrible job, it was a huge hassle. Also, the previous owners were filthy and didn't clean anything (and apparently had not cleaned a lot of things for years and years). I was so discouraged that I swore I would just do a deep clean little by little after moving in. Like so much in life, it just kept getting pushed to the bottom of the to-do list and every day, even after I did regular cleaning, I would see dirt in the corners or pet fur everywhere and just felt so defeated. Finally I went on Angie's List and saw the rave reviews- not just good reviews, but detailed, rave reviews. I emailed, they came out quickly for a quote and were able to schedule me in within days for a deep clean. They were so awesome- I could not believe this 1960s house looked so sparkling clean. I was delighted, but not sure I wanted to continue getting it cleaned, thinking that I would be able to keep it up now that it was starting from a good place. I decided to have them come every 2 weeks for a little while and then evaluate. I was convinced within a few weeks that I LOVE having them clean my house. They always do a wonderful job and are so thorough. Honestly, just them vacuuming my furniture might be worth the cost as it all gets covered in pet fur quickly. They are friendly and good with my dog who alternates between being overly friendly and being my protector. Now that I don't have to stress over cleaning the house first, I have people over so much more, I get much more done outside, my DIY project list is getting smaller because I'm not bogged down feeling like I need to constantly clean. The price quoted for the whole house was fair but a bit more than I had budgeted, and Andreiza was really good about discussing what would best fit my lifestyle and reducing the regular areas to be cleaned to lower the price so that we were both happy. I'm a bit of an irregular customer, I think, because I work from home, and Andreiza will update me if the time changes by more than a few hours, which helps me prepare for my work teleconferences. So really I have two messages here: 1- if you can afford it and cleaning stresses you out as much as it does me (because you hate it and/or because you don't have time for it), it's totally worth the cost; 2- this particular team is especially great for taking care of that. They do a MUCH better job than I ever would even after hours and hours after effort. I always wash my sheets in the morning and they make up my bed and it's SO nice to go to bed with nice clean sheets and a nice clean house. Hiring All Shine has decreased my stress levels and increased my overall happiness significantly.

I have been used them twice a month.

We were referred to All Shine through a neighbor that already uses their services. One day I went to my friends house after All Shine just left to lock the door, because my friend was out of town, and OMG! The house was spotless, everything was so nice and the house smelled fresh. So I decided to give them a call since me and my hub work a ton and with 2 kids I just don't have time to clean, and also who wants to clean? After I called them to get a quote for my house, they came and appeared very professional, Andreiza and her husband were very nice and explained to me step by step as to how they were going to clean to my house, what products they would use, and also she provide me a checklist . Andreiza gave me a quote of $165 for every other week, it was a little higher that I was expecting. I called a different cleaning company and they gave me a quote of $130 for every other week and unfortunately decided on the other cleaning company over All Shine. After 4 months of disappointment and subpar cleaning I decided to stay at home the day they were cleaning and to my surprise on their last clean they only spent 90 minutes cleaning my place and when they left I had to re-mop the floors. That day I said enough and then called All Shine back. Andreiza's team have been cleaning my house for over 6 months now and I cannot be happier. I cannot compare their service. They do an incredible job and they are very, very thorough. My floors practically gleam. All Shine gave me back the pleasure to relax at home, although it may cost a little more it is worth every penny. The other company I had would only clean what was at eye level and below, this picture is of what Andreiza showed me how the shelf looked like.

Detailed work, professional.

The owner and her husband came out and met with us to discuss what we were looking for, as well as pricing. She presented a professional looking folder with details about what would be cleaned and provided us with a written price. She responded quickly to any questions and found a way to work us in, despite us requesting a Friday cleaning (along with a lot of other "regular" clients). They were scheduled to come out at noon and ended up coming earlier, which actually worked out well. A two-person crew spent almost NINE hours cleaning our home. They were professional and diligent. They brought all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment. I was in the process of making my son's bed up when one of the individuals actually said I shouldn't be doing that--to leave it for them to do! The floors were all vacuumed and the non-carpeted ones were also washed. Each and every knickknack was picked up and dusted. The stuffed animals were carefully positioned on the children's beds to look inviting and fun--they even took the time to position a "climbing sloth" stuffed animal up on the curtain rod for extra fun! Bathrooms sparkled--even inside the mouth of my shower drain. They even cleaned the inside of our toothbrush holder! They have lots of special touches, like folding hand towels and washcloths in a fancy way and curling the toilet paper so it looks like a flower! I was literally amazed and wish desperately that we could afford to hire them on a regular basis. They were worth every bit of what we paid them (including the tip!) and so much more. I highly recommend this company and eagerly look forward to the next time we are in a position to use this service. Best. Mother's. Day. Gift. Ever. :)
