ASC did a very professional job in a reasonable time period. In addition to their knowledge & expertise, I particularly appreciate that they are dedicated to only your job until it is complete. The new bathroom is beautiful. We are so pleased we plan to have ASC do the reno on our second bathroom in the Spring.

All Skills Construction does beautiful, professional work. They are reliable and dependable. They arrived on time and finished within the promised timeframes. We have had them do 5 bathrooms in 2 different houses and we were ecstatic with the results each time!

Al and Tracy are great to work with and do a great job. They have done multiple jobs for me and I've been very happy with each job. The value of their work is excellent. Estimates for each job are competivily priced. Jobs are completed on time and within reasonable adjustments for final costs. Work sites are cleaned and organized for minimal interference daily. They give each job regardless of size the same excellent work and attention to detail.

Good communication, well prepared, knowledgeable, attentive, professional, answered all my questions, helped me pick out tiles, floor etc. did some little extras that were unexpected and addressed any problems or concerns. Will be using them for my half bath, kitchen and bedrooms next.

The job was estimated precisely. There were no surprises. We paid the agreed upon price and the work was excellent. Our bathroom was finished in the time frame we agreed on which was the best part! I would highly recommend All Skills Construction.

All work was done professional manner. Within budget and on time

Approx cost of service/material (16,000) is estimate, don't recall w/out looking up receipts and that would only upset me all over. <br /> Advertised bath remodels at a certain price.  Actual estimates and quotes higher, but inclusive. I.e. we didn't need to rent a dumpster; they would remove old material. <br /> Work done: demolished main flood bath,removed tiled walls, floors, toilet, sink, tub. Installed sheet rock,  and new fixtures of our selection and cost. Installed tile flooring; painted, etc. <br /> Hooked up ceiling light with fan and nightlight. But did not hook up the nightlight; did not at first hook up the exhaust fan and vent it. Had to follow up and get that done. Did not/could not vent where he had originally indicated; had to re-route. <br /> The existing window lift mechanism was rendered inoperable due to them not knowing how to use it. (a level/pressure mechanism each window had) So that was broken and not fixable w/out complete removal; leaving us with a window that would not lift without extreme difficulty due to the pressure exerted by the broken mechanism. <br /> Finish work: trim, painting.  Not satisfactory considering that professionals were doing it.  To this day the visible results are bothersome. <br /> Basement bath was fully enclosed in tile floor, ceiling and walls. Demolition took twice as long as they anticipated due to the 60 year old construction (this bath was 'bunker strength) yet somehow it was conveyed to be 'our' fault. <br /> This finished product too leaves a bit of exasperation: wood trim work does not meet edges of newly installed baseboard heat. <br /> Also there were extra costs we were presented with; in fact we were presented with a detailed list of 'extra' cost items, some of which were thought to have been included in contract.  So the jobs cost 2 to 3 thousand more than anticipated, with overall results being about as nice as novices doing the work.  His remark? I gotta make some money here. <br /> So overall we were not really satisfied with the results, the attitudes, and the costs. <br /> <br />

They did the work their way and on their schedule. Not flexible enough or skilled enough to do what customer wants. Price went up after they signed the deal <br />
