I was very impressed with the professionalism of allSmart. I think they went above and beyond to provide great service and to do the job as perfectly as humanly possible. I would gladly recommend. They laid a wire of my choosing from one end of the house to the other through attic and wall spaces. That brought the 5Gbps internet connection from where the fiber provider brought it to my study where I have the equipment to make use of that speed.

The work done was excellent. Wesley is very knowledgeable about all aspects of security cameras . He gave us very clear recommendations in which systems to use and then installed the cameras in a highly professional manner. Because he was upgrading an older camera existing system there were a few unexpected surprises he had to handle but he worked through and came up with great solutions for all of these issues and we now have a terrific product. He was also far more cost competitive than any of the larger camera companies. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Initialization of new disk was done within 5 minutes, but that turned out to be the least of my problems. As it turned out, the problem was not my NVR, but a failed Ethernet hub blocking access to the internet. The technician temporarily wired around the hub and told me exactly how to install the the new hub when it arrived. Mean while I have a fully functioning security system.

LOOK NO FURTHER! I went with allsmart to install 4 in ceiling Atmos speakers in my home theater. Wesley was amazing, very professional, intelligent and polite. He was very knowledgeable about home theater systems and was able to help me determine the perfect locations for the Atmos speakers and installed them for me. His price was also fair and competitive. Wesley is also very knowledgeable about smart home automation and integration would strongly recommend him to all my friends and family for anything home theater or smart home related. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely use his service again!
