We had an old solar panel on the roof (installed by a previous owner for the hot water heater and disconnected who knows when). The roof began to leak around on the solar panel "legs". They removed the panel, sealed up the areas and took away the monstrosity. They were perfection!!!!

All Solar is one of the nicest and easiest companies to work with. They always answer their phone; Dolly and Joann are always very nice and accommodating. They make every attempt to fit you in quickly but best of all once Richie and his partner come out their work is terrific, reasonable and thorough. But beyond that, they are honest and caring which is very hard to find these days.

we've had couple of other estimates. The salesmen said that their installers, would come out and measure,so we received a estimated Quote. When Richie came he brought his ladder and tape measure, got up on the roof and did his measuring. He gave us a great quote.and sat down and proceeded to tell us how the process would work.Including getting the permits, and about how the instillation would go.He gave the estimate on the 8th.of Dec.and on the 22nd.we are up and running.

Richie was here,at the time he said he would be.Did an excellent job,This time of year it was just like Santa on the roof (Richie does have a twinkle in his eye) He and his helper did an excellent job,Quality workmanship,no mess, and took the time to explain everything to me.

Richie is one of the nicest people we've met if Florida. He is a total reflection of his work.

Richie was on-time when he came out to give us an estimate. He was prepared and climbed on the roof so he could measure and give us an accurate estimate on the cost (we had 2 other companies give us estimates and neither took the time to go up and evaluate what needed to be done - based on Richie's measurements, both would have attempted to install the wrong sized roof panels due to our homes roof size). The day of installation, Richie and his helper arrived on time and immediately started to work. They did an EXCELLENT job installing the solar pool system. Unfortunately (for Richie), the chlorinator was broken by his helper. Richie immediately got in the truck and went and bought a brand new one & installed it - NO CHARGE TO US.

A Great company - we are completely satisfied with workmanship, price and timely installation.

I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, fair priced, reliable.

Richie was very professional. He spent as much time as we needed to explain the entire procedure of installing his product, and how it worked. He did the installation himself, with another employee. The work was done quickly and neatly, in less than half a day. And the pool is 4 degrees warmer than it was the day before, and in only 24 hours!
All Solar provided one of the most affordable quotes. They were the only provided who actually went up on my roof when they provided the quote. The other companies had salesmen come out who assured me that the installers would figure it out. Richie (the company owner) came out to my house to give me a quote. He went up on the roof and assessed where the trusses where and where the panels would be laid out to ensure we'd get the level of heating we were looking for. On the day of the install the installers (one being the owner Richie) were at the house bright and early as promised. They completed the work over several hours and after they were done took time to explain how the system worked (the automatic temperature control, how to use it on manual, how to bypass when back washing my filter, when the inspector will come out, etc.). Ever since we have had a warm pool, over 90 degrees many days. I was impressed with All Solar's professionalism, products, timeliness and patience. They have since followed up to ensure everything is running smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solar heating solution for their pool.
Before I ordered this job from Richie, he promised me that he would use special screws and would not drill holes completely through my roof tiles.
But later, I found that he had made more than a HUNDRED HOLES completely through my tiles, damaging them. After his workers made those holes, they didn't even use any gaskets or roof mastic to seal them up.
I sent him a few emails about the problem, but he has ignored all of them.

I got three different quotes from three different companies and Richie to me was the most professional and honest. He took the time to explain me everything on details and came to my house after hours because of my work schedule. His price was very competitive and I felt confident I had chosen the correct one. I was right....he did a great job, was fast and clean. My brother is getting his done with Richie too. I am very happy over all with the work he did and I would use him again in the future or recommend him to any friends or family. I know I got good quality material for what I paid for.
Once installed I called the company about two weeks later and told them that the roof is wet in the below the solar panel and the wetness flows all the way to the end of the roof. I was told that the wetness could be caused by dew. I watched it and then called back to say the wetness was there in the late afternoon and could not be dew. The receptionist who answers the phone says sometimes the solar panel purges water due to temperature changes. They sent a technician out and he said there was no leak. I took there word for it. Now, three years have and I have seen this occurrence everyday but thinking it was normal. My roof is 18 years old and we need to have replaced. I have had 3 roofers give estimates who all told me this solar panel has been leaking for a long time and that there is a major leak going through the roof where is was installed. I started going out in the afternoon and watching the solar to see if I could see the leak. Indeed, I saw water dripping from a tube coming out of the solar panel directly where the wetness is. I called All Solar Power and told them the situation and that it had been leaking all along as I thought. They told me they would send a tech but the service fee is $130 and then whatever the charge would be to repair it. I was furious. The manager of the office, a lady, was very unprofessional & not customer friendly. The tech came out. He was very pleasant and professional. He inspected, saw the water damage and agreed there must be a leak. He said the original installer did not properly insulate the tube and maybe that was causing the dripping. He said there could be a leak in the panel but it would cost a lot of money to open that up, check it and repair if necessary. I declined. I have to have the panel taken down anyway to have the roof replaced and I will hire another company to do that and check for leaks.
All Power's technician arrived on time and we discussed the issues with the solar heating system. The control box was flashing "check sensor" and the control valve was not functioning properly. The service man quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced wiring that had been damaged. He tested the system and inspected the system, including panels on the roof. The work went smoothly and we discussed information about the system and how it works. All Solar installed the system in 2008 and their work is still top notch.
In order to get our roof replaced we needed to remove two solar panel units that were connected to two different water heaters. These units were old, and we also needed to see if they were working properly. All Solar was terrific from start to finish. They first came out and checked everything--they assessed what worked, what didn't, what needed repair. Then they came again to remove the units in preparation for the new roof. And finally they came once more to put the units back up (actually, just one unit, the other was too poorly constructed to survive the removal, the fault of the original manufacturer). All Solar completed the work as promised and as priced. I found them honest, direct, and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of solar panels, writing, etc. We have used many home repair companies for a variety of fixes around the house, and in terms of service All Solar is easily among the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They sold me the most widely used solar controller for a more reasonable price at about $200 less than another company. They require less attachments to the roof than other brands of solar panels. They have a higher BTU rating, but are not as wind resistant as other solar panels. The work was fine. The serviceman was very competent and he had been working on solar equipment for a long time. He checked the sensors as well at no charge.

I had a leak and they could not plug it anymore so they replaced it. They unscrewed some bolts removed the old panel and installed the new one. They were very good. The price was competitive. The guys were very careful because I have a tile roof on my home. They have special shoes that they put on. They were right on time. They are a really good company. If another panel goes, I will definitely call them back.
