Commercial Sewer Main Clearing Service

I paid this company over $1,000 for a hydro jetting service, but the job was never properly completed. After they finished, my pipes were still backed up. A family member later snaked the line and pulled out additional roots that should have been addressed during the service I paid for. When I contacted the company to request either a refund or for them to return and complete the work, Nate responded by calling me a scammer instead of addressing the issue. At the same time, he attempted to upsell me on additional services despite not resolving the original problem. Nate is the scammer. I paid a significant amount of money and was left with the same plumbing issue I started with. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and unwillingness to stand behind their work was extremely disappointing. If you're looking for a company that will do the job right and stand behind its service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
