They were prompt, professional and did a very good job. After they left, unless you looked in the gutters, you wouldn't have even known they had been here! <br />

Was punctual and polite and identified additiona work that needed to be done. Never followe up on scheduling that work, even after repeated attempts to get that done. Will now have to go to someone else for that work. <br />

<p>I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.</p> <p>After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did. </p> <p>Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.</p> <br />

They basically did the inspection, but didn't repair anything at that time until we had time to talk to the insurance adjuster. They did a good job. They worked with the insurance company. They honored the price that the insurance company quoted in the estimate. The roof itself is pretty good.

The employees at All Star Building Corp. were out standing they were on time and worked was done in a timely manner. <br /> One of the things that I liked most about All Star Building Corp, was the way that they took note of a little play pool in the back yard and my dogs. I noticed that they went out of there way to control the mess when removing my old roof. I know that all contractors in this line of work try to do this, but these guys took it to a new level, I had to stop in at the house a few times while they were working they did not know I was there, but I noticed that they were going out of their way to be sure that none of the old roof or nails fell in the back yard. Now I did not ask them to do this, don't even think that I said any thing about my dogs, that is what made me notice. They were just doing all they could to keep everything contained. When they were done my son and I did a very thorough inspection of the yard for the safety of the dogs and found no shingles or nails any where. <br /> The fact is they did a great job on all the work they had to do and also cared enough to take the extra steps to not put my dogs at risk. This meant a lot to me. <br /> More companies should be like this.

It went excellent. They did a really thorough job. There was always a supervisor on site and they were really easy to work with.

The overall experience went quite well. There are so many roofing contractors that one needs to carefully make a wise choice. I am happy with All Star and highly recommend them.

All Star did a great job on all aspects of the job. I was given my choice of colors for the roof and siding with samples to hold together to see the match. The roofers showed up early and stayed late to get as much done as possible the first day. They showed early the second day and stayed until all work was complete and clean-up was done. The roof is beautiful. The siding guys had it a little tougher due to weather but did the job in a timely manner and did excellent work. The siding is beautiful, and the fascia work is just great. It really looks like a new house. The 6 inch white gutters really set off the whole appearance of the house. The gutter guys added some extended downspouts for me that were not in the original estimate and that really helps get the water away from the house. The appearance of my house before was not too bad, but now it really looks like a new house. I really love the work done and professionalism of everyone involved.

We had an agreement for $5000. They replaced the roof and after the roof was replaced we got an in for $8000 for additional charges that were not in the agreement. They did not complete the skylight. They would not accept a check for the amount agreed upon.
