Austin was very prompt. He was super courteous and had great manners. He hung an entry way light fixture and a ceiling fan. He did e very efficient and kept his job area clean. He had both lights up in no time! I plan on using him anytime I need things done. Highly recommend

Austin came today to replace a light fixture. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. This is not my typical experience with other repairmen. Such a breath of fresh air. He was very responsive to my request for service, gave clear and complete answers to my questions, worked me into his schedule on short notice, and arrived on time!!! He got the work completed promptly and cleaned up the area. I hit him on the way out the door to do another job that ended up being a lot more involved than either of us anticipated. He did it and then worked to make sure I was comfortable with the technology. He even followed up later to check up. This man should be teaching a class on how repairmen should work. I’m a senior citizen and this is probably the most pleasant job I’ve ever had done. He’s a complete professional. I will definitely be using him again.

Replace, anchor and paint a 4 x 4 that was holding up my patio roof. They communicated exactly what they would do and when they would come. They were on time. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the quality.

Austin, arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a great job in diagnosing our problem and resolve it. We definitely would hire him again.

Austin responded quickly. I had four items that I needed worked on. Install ceiling fan, hang new light fixture upstairs, change light bulbs in extremely high ceiling fan & replace outside water faucet. Austin is punctual, professional and completed all items in a timely manner.

I called All Star looking to get my townhome interior walls painted. Austin provided great communication, he came to look at the walls and provided a quote shortly after. Great prep work kept everything free of excess paint and the final product was amazing! Calling again soon to replace my window screens.

All jobs went very good. Communication during jobs was clear and concise. Interior painting was 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all baseboards in home and interior of 2 car garage.

Austin arrived on time when he said he was going to and communicated with me the whole time. Which is very hard to find dependable people who ACTUALLY want to work. I needed a last minute painter for my daughter’s nursery, and Austin with All Star responded promptly, and gave me a quote within the hour of seeing photos and dimensions of the space. Excellent high quality workmanship

After having been stood up, cancelled on, and jerked around by 5 handyman companies over 2 weeks for a straightforward job, I reached out to All Star Home Improvement. WOW! Austin was quick to respond, faithful in communicating any – possible – delays or obstacles – in the job. He and his teammate showed up EARLY, ready to work, and were so pleasant to work with. They made extra effort to make sure the job was done to perfection – actually, more than perfection. Managing customer expectation is the better part of excellent customer service and Austin and his team would get 10 stars just for that if I could give that many. They’d get another 10 stars for the quality of their work and bonus stars for just being so likable, accommodating, and flexible. They really are All Stars.
