The techs actually showed up a couple of minutes early which is almost unheard of in Miami. They have always been very responsive and taken care of issues quickly. Would definitely use them again and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends. I would Monday to Friday and they accommodated me by coming out on a Saturday.

They did well. I was very pleased with them. I have recommended them to my neighbors who used them and were happy as well.

A service call to clean the coils was scheduled for December 26   and the coils were cleaned.  When the serviceman attempted to turn the unit on it would not come on.  They checked the breakers, outside unit and determined that a fuse had blown and it was replaced. I was guaranteed that I would have no further problems.  On December 28,  the a/c stop runnng.  Gabriel, the servicemen who initially came on December 26  diagnosed  the problem as being the wiring.  The wiring had been chewed by the dogs and the wiring would have to be replaced.   I was informed that it would cost $800 to fix the wiring.  After calling and complaining to the manager, he offered  $150 off the $800.  I informed him that  I did not have that kind of money.  I told him that I thought it was unfair since the reason the unit was not functioning was the wiring.  It was his technician who made the wrong  diagnoses.  Although the coils were dirty, this was not the reason the unit was not working. If I knew about the wiring issue, I would have applied the $791 to fix the REAL problem and would have  had the coils cleaned at  a later time. <br /> I will be using my regular air conditioning company Cheevers Air Conditioning.  I called ALL STAR HOME SERVICES because I was looking for emergency service on a holiday.  It was a google search.  Lesson learned.  Next time consult Angies List. <br />

Service went well, both technicians took time to explain the whole process before they did any work.  In addition they answered all my questions to satisfaction.  Every single time they enter the house shoes/boots were cover with disposable booties to avoid bringing dirt inside. Both took their time to check and review everything they saw and consulted with other technicians to make sure they did not missed anything.  I am very satisfied with this company and if ever need any other type of service (plumbing or electrical) they will be the first to call.  Receiving and email with a picture of the technician right the phone call to confirm arrival is a great customer service point that makes a customer comfortable. <br />

Seemed annoyed I didn't speak spanish since I had a spanish last name. <br />

He came out and put the freon in and got the air conditioner working again, but he said that I needed a new air conditioner. I was going to purchase the air conditioner from them but it was a lot of money and I shopped around and I got a much better deal and a new air conditioner than what he offered. The guy was very nice, he was very personable and very understandable. That was good, but the air conditioner that they tried to sell me was very expensive.

It was my first time. Two workers came. It took them half a day. They are very professional and the price was better than anybody else I called. Originally I called them to do service on my existing system. After a full inspection, they advised me that my old system was on its last legs. They went through, step by step and explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable that I was making the correct choice in replacing the whole system.  It was an expensive thing to do replacing it.

The electrician was very polite. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it. I definitely would hire again. He recommended things to avoid this problem in the future. Thanks :)

It went pretty well. We had a couple issues with discrepancies with the quote given and the service performed. We ended up splitting it halfway and all was well.

They are very professional. Pricing for the new A/C was competitive. However, on quotes for coil cleaning and other maintenance I find them some how expensive compared to others. <br />
