I am very satisfied with the quality of the service and the courtesy and professionalism of the technician. I was able get an appointment a day after I called them. Both times, the technician came at the tail end of the appointment window. However, the technician was most thorough in finding the problem, rectifying the problem, and addressing my concerns. They resolved my mouse problem.

wonderful!!! all star was able to come the same day and was beyond professional in finding the source of our mice issues. also, they found that a snowstorm had knocked some mesh off our chimney where the bird got in. we now use them for quarterly services and (knock on wood) have been mouse free for a year!!!

All Star was excellent: they were able to schedule us an appointment the same day and were extremely prompt and professional as well as reasonably priced. Al thoroughly explained the issue and was able to ensure the birds were gone before placing securing screening over the vent to prevent further intrusion. When I heard what I believed to be birds in the vent again, they came out again for no charge (60 day warranty), and were able to determine/demonstrate that although it sounded like the birds were in inside the vent it was actually just the birds trying to re-enter (sound travelled to end of vent so it sounded like they were just inches away). Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend!

Three treatments were completed and as of writing this we are nearing four weeks since treatment began. We aren't seeing any bed bugs at this time. I would recommend All Star as they were very professional and explained what service was needed and why.

All Star came out because of an ant problem and I wanted to get a yearly contract with a reputable company. The technician, Ihab, was professional and very thorough. Not only did he address the ant problem, but answered my questions about chemical and organic treatment. He also checked around the entire perimeter of the house and went up into my attic to inspect for rodents, which he did find evidence of. He spent close to an hour inspecting everything and talking to me about the pest management plan. He even moved my stove away from the wall to check for pests there! I've used several of the big name companies and never have they been so thorough. We'll see how the rest of the year goes, but I'm impressed so far.

My husband was a bit unimpressed with the guys who came out. They seem to be junior sort of people and they weren't entirely prepared for what they were supposed to do. They didn't have the tools and they had to borrow his. He was a little unimpressed with that. But, in the end, the boss came out and did the job and fixed the problem. It was $700, including a warranty on the work. When they came out to do the quote, they sent a couple of junior guys over. They weren't very experienced and they didn't have everything that they needed to do the job. So my husband ended up having to lend them tools. So he wasn't very impressed with that. But, when the senior guy came out, he did fix the problem. That's alright with me. The senior guy was very professional, but the junior guys are still in training I think.

Al was very professional and knowledgeable in addressing our bird infestation and removal the of the birds nest. They very were accommodating in fitting us into their busy schedule. He further treated the insect pest associated from the nest and installed a screen to allow airflow and prevent the birds from re-entering the external kitchen exhaust vent. Price was very reasonable for the work.

These guys were great and always punctual with their quarterly services.  Good communication through e-mail that always gave me a heads up as to when they were coming - even when I forgot. <br />

The provider did what I contracted for on time, quickly, professionally, friendly and more. He also moved the stove, helped us clean behind it, placed bait and replaced the stove. I couldn't be more happy. <br />

He came out and sprayed and removed the wasp nest for me. He's very professional, and i'm so glad he wore his protective gear. When he sprayed the nest, he had a few of them come straight for his face, and I was worried he was going to get stung. I did have to wait a week for them to come out, but they were great about being here on time. I'm really glad I can rely on them to help with issues around my condo, and I love that they're a family-owned business.

We first contacted All Star about 10 years ago to deal with a large black snake in the air vents. They came out on a weekend and quickly captured the guy and humanely relocated it.  Since then we have dealt with squirrels in the attic area, wasp nests in the walls, and other emergencies as well as our quarterly inspections. I appreciate their very humane treatment of larger creatures and their effective ability to keep down the invasion of insects that had been occurring before their services. <br />

I was very pleased with the quick and proffessional response.  He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to remove the racoons without harming them.  It was over memorial day weekend and they were very accommodating.  They removed 4 baby racoons and repaired the hole in the soffix vent on the roof where they came in at.  Overall I was very pleased with the service. <br /> <br /> <br />

We also experienced some carpenter ants flying around the lamp at night. We contacted a few companies to get a few quotes to compare treatment programs and pricing. We felt most comfortable with All star. The technicians are knowledgeable and professionally well trained. They explained an entire process in advance as well as action plans following each step while working on our property. A week after a treatment, we still noticed a few black ants in & out of our kitchen. We reported what we saw to All Star. They offered to come back and spray the inside if necessary. My wife asked that we waited for a few more days. </em><em>So, we decided to wait and let time taken its course a bit longer.  </em></p> </li> <li> <p><em>After a few more days of waiting, a result was surely positive. There was not a single black ant nor a carpenter ant remained to be seen elsewhere. They had completely disappeared.
