My kitchen drain had a clog that, no matter what I tried, would not break loose. It took overnight for any water in the sink to slowly seep out. I had never hired All Star Plumbing but their reviews were outstanding and the business is close to my home so I called and set up an appointment with Robert. He and Scott showed up, listened to my story then went to work. It took no time at all for Robert to pull up what looked like a very large clump of fiber. No hint as to what that was but it's gone now and my drain is working as it should. Before they left, Robert cleaned up the gunk that inevitably spills on the work area and I think it's cleaner than when he started. Thank you to All Star Plumbing for being responsive and getting the job done for me. Prices are reasonable as well which is icing on the cake!

Returned my message quickly on a Sunday, arrived on time Monday AM with the new water heater, and did a professional job installing. They cleaned up after the job too. I had used All Star once before, and would not hesitate to do so again. It's good to have a plumber I feel comfortable recommending to friends.

Great service..I had been having ongoing problems with the main drain backing up.The only cleanout I had was a 2" by my master bathroom.Jon came out on Friday and cleared the line using that cleanout so I could use water in the house until the real problem could be fixed.Jon and his men came first thing on Tuesday and using a camera located tree roots almost completely blocking the main drain to sewer.They dug up a good size hole(which took a full day) to remove the roots and install a cleanout up to code.The dirt in my yard is like concrete so this was no easy task.When they were done my yard looked better than when they started.At every step I was told and they showed me what they were doing.Jon is a real professional and his men as well.The communication throughout was top notch.I highly recommend All Star Plumbing. <br /> PS.I had also gotten an estimate on Friday from a very well known plumbing/ac company and it was alot more. <br /> <br /> <br />

SERVICE WAS SCHEDULED FOR BETWEEN 10 AM AND NOON BUT THE SERVICEMAN SHOWED UP AT 9AM WHILE WE WERE STILL EATING BREAKFAST. THE SERVICEMAN'S TRUCK LEAKED OIL IN THE DRIVEWAY. THE SERVICEMAN TOOK THE OLD FAUCET WITH HIM, WHICH WAS A USABLE MOEN WE HAD EARMARKED FOR ANOTHER LOCATION. WE DID NOT REALIZE HE HAD TAKEN IT UNTIL AFTER HE WAS GONE. BEFORE LEAVING THE SERVICEMAN DISCONNECTED THE R.O. SYSTEM AND SAID HE WOULD RETURN LATE THAT AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING TO RECONNECT IT, AFTER PROCURING A NEEDED PART HE DID NOT HAVE WITH HIM. HOWEVER HE DID NOT RETURN OR CONTACT US. AFTER WE CALLED THE COMPANY THE NEXT MORNING, THEY SAID HE WOULD RETURN SHORTLY. HE THEN RETURNED, COMPLETED THE WORK, AND LEFT ANOTHER OIL SPOT IN THE DRIVEWAY. WE WILL NOT BE GIVING THIS COMPANY ANY FURTHER BUSINESS.

"THE SERVICE CALL WAS SCHEDULED BETWEEN 10 & 12 AS STATED, HOWEVER THE TECHNICIAN HAD FINISHED HIS PREVIOUS CALL SOONER THAN EXPECTED. MOST PEOPLE ARE QUITE HAPPY TO RECEIVE SERVICE SOONER THAN LATER. IN ANY CASE THE CUSTOMER COULD HAVE SENT HIM AWAY FOR 60 MINUTES UNTIL HER SCHEDULED TIME AND HE WOULD HAVE GLADLY RETURNED AS REQUESTED. THE SERVICE TRUCK WOULD NORMALY NOT BE IN ANY DRIVEWAY HOWEVER IN THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION IT WAS A NECESSITY AS THIS WAS A GATED COMMUNITY AND THE STREETS WERE TOO NARROW FOR AND DID NOT ALLOW PARKING, THE CUSTOMERS TOWNHOME WAS THE FURTHEST BACK IN A DRIVEWAY BUILT TO SHARE WITH HER NEIGHBOR. THE TRUCK LEAKED A SPOT OF POWER STEERING FLUID TO WHICH WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF NOR DID WE KNOW ABOUT UNTIL THIS EVENT, WE WOULD HAVE GLADLY GONE TO ANY LENGTHS TO CLEAN THE "SPOT" OFF OF THE DRIVEWAY. AS A RULE OF THUMB OUR COMPANY REMOVES ANY AND ALL OLD PARTS AS WELL AS WRAPPERS OF NEW PARTS FROM THE PREMISESES PERIOD. WE ALWAYS CARRY AND USE 409 TO CLEAN."
