It was terrible they called me when i put the inquiry and said they will do my driveway when i am at work they said i had to pay half and I cashapp then. They promised they would do it while i was at work they never showed up and i called they were none responsive

Carlos is THIEF AND CRIMINAL!! He took 5,000 $ from me, never finished the job, and some has not even started.he was demanding down payments of 50% for every of his promise and then just stopped picking up his phone and never showed up to complete the work. He has criminal background, was in prison and I don’t know how Angi still recommends him! I am going to sue Angi for negligence, because they knew or should have known from the past that he is total scam and continue recommend him! This time you are not getting away with this!! I will it stop until I see you in prison! This time you got a wrong guy! I am asking every victim of this scam person to contact me and file group law suite against Angi and Carlos personally!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Carlos Alvarez is a liar and a thief. I trusted him when he told me how much my materials were. Only when I fired him and tried to return the materials did I learn he cheated me out of over $1000. He was always late and was a no call no show. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I already paid in full for the service thru Zelle but they did not finish the job and never return. I tried reaching out to this company but haven't heard back from them.

The worst experience of my life! If I could give negative stars, I would definitely rate -1000!! The owner, Carlos Banos is nothing but a scam artist. He talks a good game but over promises and under delivers. I paid him over 75% total cost of project and got nothing in return but broken promises and never returned to do the project. I caught him lying about the quality of materials he was purchasing and fabricating. He then stopped answering my calls. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau as well as working on taking him to small claims court. DO NOT waste your time and money with this company!!

When I returned home, 2/3 of the roof was still not cleaned and the remainder was patchy and streaked. Mold still present. I was also told that my plants were going to be protected and there is noticeable decline in their condition. Contacted company and was told that they would return the next day to rectify the situation, I took the day off accordingly, and they never showed up with no communication since. No invoice received. Have never had to supervise a service provider at my home so I trusted that they completed the job they said they initially did.

They were here as agreed, performed the work fast and satisfactorily. ???

The work was done nicely. You immediately saw a difference. The owner stayed a time but due to issues beyond his control he immediately contacted me and explained the situation and gave me a new time, which was still within the window I had requested. It was a very pleasant experience & the owner was very easy to deal with.
