All Star Roofing Contractor LLC

I wasn’t going to write a bad review despite the numerous complaints I initially had, however this seems like the disappointment that just keeps giving. 1. I was told I’d be charged 10,000 for the roof. To my surprise, my roofing loan comes in at 11,000 instead. When I called the salesman out on it, he tells it wasn’t 10,000. I showed him pictures of the original write up and he tells me it’s my fault for not catching his $1000 mistake. Since the loan was signed off, there was nothing that could be done. 2. Facia that had an obviously huge hole in it wasn’t replaced when it was specifically pointed out. I call the guy to let him know and he comes to meet me. I stand through him upselling me on materials, to “make it worth his time”. I agree to get some additional work done and hand him the cash for it and he writes it up and signs off on it. I drive 5 minutes down the road and he calls me back saying “I can’t do it”. He tells me I need to do a job that is at least 1500 to get them to come back and fix the facia that was originally supposed to be done. I wind up in a huge argument with the guy where he tells me that his supervisor says it’s not doable. I asked to talk to his supervisor. He calls his supervisor and refuses to put the phone on speaker. I ask to talk to the guy again to explain that this was something we discussed would be fixed as part of the original job. I peeped the phone number he was calling finally and got it so I could talk to his boss. Once he knew I had the number he finally agrees to let me talk to the guy. His supervisor who was very professional (the saving grace for this review) agreed that it should’ve been taken care of and says they’ll do it. The salesman then starts screaming at me that he lives an hour away and won’t make any money on the job. He tells me I’m screwing him and the company he works for. I’m not a violent guy but I wanted to skull drag the dude. I told him to watch what he says and he literally stated “go ahead and assault me, I’ll just get more money out of you”. He then proceeded to jump in his truck and peel out down my street. I wound up calling his supervisor afterward who agreed that the guy was off his rocker. Once again, the supervisor was a good guy and the only pleasant part of this experience. 3. The same salesman comes out to finish the job and gives me this BS apology. I’m surprised he wasn’t fired for overcharging me by 1k to get a better commission, trying to upsell me to complete the job the way it was supposed to be done originally, and lastly for signing me up with the worst possible loan agency I’ve ever experienced. 4. The loan agency they used. Service Finance Company LLC. I put up the money on this roof to sell the home as we don’t need 2. The loan agency they used attached a UCC lien to the property that wasn’t on any of the paperwork! I had to get my lawyers involved just to finish closing on the house. This was by far the worst experience I’ve found myself in with a contractor from start to finish. Whatever you do, double check the numbers from the salesman and DO NOT agree to a roofing loan from service finance company LLC

Very smooth process from start to finish with excellent communication. Rich and his crew are very professional and work fast. I appreciate the thorough detail from beginning with a quote to clean up at the completion of the job. I will use this company again for future projects.

I would highly recommend all star contractors . They did roofing jobs for me and I was very pleased with their work. I will hire them again and recommend to all my friends and family who need a roofer ! They did a great job !

Segundo & His Team displayed tremendous expertise and experience in assisting me with my new roof and new siding. They got the job done quicker and even better than expected. Pricing was extremely fair i was expecting it to cost more than it did. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a new roof or their siding replaced. A++ Super satisfied thanks again
