I had two rooms where the area rugs needed to be cleaned. He was punctual, informative, knowledgeable and professional. I apologize for the late review, altho I do believe I left a review on Yelp. This work was done about a year ago, and I do plan on having the rugs cleaned again prior to the holidays.

I used All Star Steam Cleaning for the 1st time when we moved to Pflugerville as a family a couple years ago. At that time I believe they were new to the area as well. I was very pleased with the service then. With that being said fast forward a couple weeks ago, I called them up because I was ill and tired of seeing my carpet dirty. I figure that may be due to my illness. The gentlemen that serviced my carpet was super friendly and professional. The whole time I felt safe especially considering I was alone with my child with two strangers. My carpet was cleaned and my house smelled good. Super impressed with services excited to get my gout done soon.

They immediately pushed for $600-1000 price and said if we didn't our new AC system would be ruined. Bait and switch.

"We are truly sorry about this and we are not sure what company you call for the air duct cleaning that the price went up to $600-$1000. Our prices on airduct Cleaning is 8 vents and 1 return for $129 and each vents are $15 each and $50 for additional returns. We count up the vents in your house before we start our cleaning. If one of our team members quoted you that high price please give us a call and send us the invoice so we can take care of this with them. Sorry about the inconvenience."

I had three rooms, stairs, hallway and 9x10 shaggy rug steamed cleaned. I had a few issues with communication but the tech went out of his way to make sure I got I what I needed. He cleaned my rug for free and even treated some pretty bad stains. Overall I would hire again. He was very thorough and efficient. I would definitely recommend. I will be passing his info along to friends and family. His prices are very fair.

The tile and grout in our house was looking really sad and dirty. I contacted All Star Steam Cleaning to come and clean just the worst parts, but ended up having most of the house done. The technician was friendly and explained the different levels of cleaning and sealing. After the cleaning, the grout looks practically new. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for maintenance cleaning.

This was one of the Angie's List specials we bought. On every other occasion that we purchased on of these, the service providers have been quick to contact us to make an appointment, Not this outfit -- we waited a few weeks and finally went through their website to request they contact us. Nothing. Finally we called and had to leave a message. They did respond, but were quick to point out that the price we paid Angie did not include the trip fee and tax, which they collected when they provided the service. They pointed out to us that had we just contacted them directly instead of going through Angie, the trip fee would have been waived (likely due to a higher price being paid). The technician offered some special treatment (at additional cost, of course) for some suspected pet-stain areas and we did that. All-in-all, they did a good job, but this is the first time we have had to seek-out the provider and the first time the fee we paid to Angie;s List didn't cover the service. For that reason, this outfit would not be our first choice the next time we need carpet cleaning.

The value you pay on the coupon doesn't include taxes which we collect after our service is provided. Great. Getting an appointment scheduled was easy, though they said they'd call me 30 minutes before, but they didn't and they ended up showing up 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time range, so I wasn't home yet. They didn't let me know and went to another job, then came back to my house after. It turned out fine, they were really fast with the cleaning. Everything probably took around 45 minutes
