I love my new windows! The guys at Allstate did a fantastic job! They were extremely professional, affordable and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality windows.

We had a great experience with Allstate windows. Steve came out and met with us about the upgrades we wanted to do with our windows and siding. Steve answered all of our questions concerning the job. He was very knowledgeable in the products he was offering which made us feel comfortable, we received our quote by the next day decided to go with Allstate windows. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installation process was done in a timely matter by his crew. When the job was done they cleaned everything up and left the area very clean. Thanks again to Steve and his team at Allstate windows.

I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I had whole home windows installed for $11,000. Two windows leaking badly, this is an emergency, I have water leaking when it rains. That is an emergency, water leaking into a home causing damage, you come out right away to address your company's install issues. After calling to get immediate help, first time a week passed, and after several calls, texts, and emails of me demanding someone come fix a newly installed window, someone finally showed up. Second window now leaking, been a week again since I have heard back, and I have a window leaking from the baseboards all over the floor every time it rains. You will have to get mean and demanding to get them to come fix shoddy install. Use at your own peril. This is terrible customer service. You have a sales person selling windows and an install crew that isn't installing them properly and then lags to address emergency issues. Additionally, they installed four shudders, and one of the screws is terribly in crooked. Why would you put shudders on the front of my home and have the screws sticking out because you put them in crooked. Terrible work and terrible customer service. The install happened at the end of July and I am so mad now I have another leaking window that I didn't see until now. It has been leaking for months. It's behind something so I didn't see it. I am so mad, I just had to post this review. I wasn't going to post the review after the first window started leaking in August, but now I am mad, especially since they don't seem interested in fixing their shoddy install in an expedited manner. If you don't have personnel to fix shoddy work then stop selling until you catch up, but NO, they keep selling to unsuspecting saps. Additionally, I finally got a contractor to come Dec 21, 2022 to paint the indoor frame and new primed sills Allstate installed in late July. There is some expected damage to the frame with a new window install that needed to be fixed. So, the contractor just informed me that Allstate installers used a silicone based caulking around all the inside windows and sills. Well, now we have a problem, the silicone caulking they used on my paint0able surfaces isn't paint-able. And you can see from the picture they used an off white caulking on the sills, making it look terrible. They KNOW a primed sill will be painted, but the silicone caulking they used just made the primed sills UN-paint-able without being primed again with an oil based primer. So, my contractor now has to prime over the silicone around all windows and sills with an oil based primer so it can be painted. My contractor says they should have used a urethane based caulk or any caulk that is paint-able on an inside frame that is paint-able, and every qualified window installer should know this for the inside of the window. So, essentially they have rendered my frames and sills UN-paint-able. Causing me extra cost and delaying my contractor. Additionally, not only did they just use silicone caulk, they flattened it and spread it out so that is reaches well into the frame onto the painted frame and well onto the new primed sill. So, the primed sills I paid for now have to be primed again at my cost. This put my window frame and sill painting behind and will cost me more. I am just livid. I included pictures of how they spread the UN-paint-able caulk over the frame and sill that is meant to be painted, rendering them UN-paint-able. THIS IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE. ZERO STARS. STOP SELLING IF YOU DON'T HAVE QUALIFIED INSTALLERS.

The work crew (2 men) completely removed and replaced all 13 windows in one day. They were clean, neat, and efficient. I recommend this company and their products.

Work was done on schedule. The salesman was not pushy. Down to earth. The guy who took the measurements very knowledgeable and polite. The 2 installers did a really good job. They were very Respectful and followed my requests. They cleaned up fairly good. My Windows look good and all work properly. One complaint is that no one from the company followed up after installation.

The salesman was not pushy as previous reviews cited. I did have to initiate the calls to find out about my order status, on several occasions. He was quick on his response after my inquiries. On the day of installation, the crew was on time and vocal about their objectives. Overall they were quick and the quality of work was good. A friend of theirs came and hung out with them for the entire job until they moved into my backyard. This concerned me because this person was able to see inside my house, etc. When the job was done, they did not clean up some of their trash and they scratched up several of my window sills and walls inside the window cove. I had to putty and paint myself. They also cracked a tile in the bathroom and did not acknowledge this upon doing so. I caught it in the final inspection but they tried to act like it was just an accident so they should not have to fix it. I told them to make it right, it's what good companies do even when they make mistakes. They gave me 10 dollars from their pocket to buy tile epoxy for me to fix myself. The balance owed was 10 dollars more than what my contract said after I paid the deposit. The lead installer made it look like they were doing me a favor by not charging me the extra 10 dollars. I had to make it clear that no favors were done. Finally , the quality of the windows are less than their competitors. You get what you pay for. Their windows are only good for a reno and a quick sale or a rental property. If you plan on getting good noise reduction and living in your home, don't go with Allstate. <br />

YOU WANT THESE GUYS! We were looking for attractive, energy-efficient windows which matched the style of our home, and included a lifetime warranty, at fair price. We were also looking for a company which specialized in windows-not just a general contractor who can do windows as a side line. Allstate met all of our criteria and was professional from start to finish! Lou was very prompt in coming out to our home and he provided a wealth of information on windows. We had at first wanted aluminum windows but after he explained the pros and cons and all the options, we went with Vinyl. The installation was handled by Gerald, assisted by Chuck, and they were meticulous-and neat! The skill of installation is of extreme importance: windows are custom measured (Thanks, Donnie!) but there is still a lot of variance. You need a real pro to make the new windows fit perfectly into that old window opening. Our windows and doors look beautiful and we could not be happier! <br /> PS: Lou later came out to check on our completed job. The windows are so nice that we ordered 3 more doors and 4 more windows for another area of the house! <br />

After receiving a ridiculous estimate from Window World of over $500 to replace two windows, on the recommendation of Home Depot, I tracked down the local distributor for the brand of windows in my home: Allstate Windows and Siding. They replaced both windows for less than $200.00. They were prompt, professional and did excellent work. I would gladly use them again and strongly recommend them. <br />

They are courteous and they have a terrific product. Their windows are wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

My overall experience was excellent. I would recommend them to others because they are a good solid prompt company. Their price was very competitive and their responsiveness was excellent. It is a very good group. They have been in business for twenty eight years. They were excellent. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
