When I spoke with the owner he assured me the crew were professionals who would shrink wrap things and make sure my mattress did not get dirty etc. - they did none of that.

I can't recommend All the Right Mooves. I had a terrible experience. Eric dresses well and talks a good game but his servive was very unsatisfactory. They stored my furniture during a Hilton Head reomdel. When the furniture was returned, I had a broken TV, two (!!!) missing sofas, a missing tale, a a issing coffee table, numerous pots and pans not retuned and seveal missing pieces of outdoor furniture. Two months later and no resolution or even response. Be very careful

They arrived on schedule, calling before they left their shop. They worked diligently. Cost was slightly more than quoted and they scuffed up my Brazilian cherry floors a bit, otherwise I would recommend and use them again. They offered a discount for cash, which I gladly accepted.

Fantastic! They were easy to work with and responded very quickly. The crew of Jonathan, Jose, and Alex were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and worked very hard. They never stopped and were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire them again!

I was not impressed. The manager had seen all the items that had to be moved prior to quoting. I had moved all of the boxes, end tables and many dining room chairs and they still didn’t have enough room on the truck for the rest of our furniture. My husband had to rent a truck and load it himself for the guys to be able to unload at the new home. Also, the movers were VERY slow. There is no way this should have been an 8 hour move- especially with all of the help I was giving bringing things outside to be put on the truck. At most it should have been 6. I feel like since we were quoted 8 they were going to make it 8 even if it meant moving slower. I told all of this to Kieth, who had called towards the end of the move but nothing was done about any of it. Also we were told they would be at the house between 8 and 9 and showed up at 930. I will most definitely not use this company again m for our next move.

It was great the crew was very professional and very good. The did a great job with the pack, not a single thing was broken when they unpacked. Even though we have done plenty of national and international moves, their communication and follow through was excellent. The estimate was on the low range of what Eric gave us. Will definitely use if we ever move again. Great Job guys, Jon, David, and Jose. You really lived up to all the hype!!!
