We are general contractors, averaging around 10 employees. We offer full service, with online scheduling, and invoice payment. We offer design/build with in-house designers and a network of professional architects, engineers, and subs. Our management team has over 100 years combined experience in residential and light commercial renovations, restorations, flips, tenant improvement, additions, spec homes, maintenance and Handyman services.

James was great to work with for our project. He knows his stuff and it was good to be able to go to one person for a handful of different projects that we needed done. He was really great about coordinating his work with the other contractors that were doing an excavation project in the crawlspace. His pricing seemed fair to us, and the project was completed in the timeframe that we had discussed originally. We are about to hire him again for a different project, and will likely continue to work with him on other jobs. Thanks James!

Beware!!! do not give money to this contactor. We provided them $27,022 on March 5th 2020. As of 8/17/2020 Jim still was unable to even contact the city yet to start the project. As of 9/1/2020 no work was preformed expect cameras being put up and a 10' trailer filled of trash from the project and incorrect plans drawn up. As per Jim the cost of the plans, cameras being put up, planning(?), and the filling of a 10' trailer came to a cost of over 24k. The quality of the work was outstanding, however, there was a lack of follow through for the work performed, and the project took longer than expected. Otherwise I am am quite happy with the finished product.

Job went great. Contractor explained everything they were doing, parts needed and why, and did a quality job. Prices were reasonable and the two men were personable and friendly. My only suggestion is that they wear booties on their shoes when they enter a house (as my plumber and other contractors do) because they did track a bit of dirt in the house. Very minor complaint; I would hire them again and am considering them for larger projects.
