It was a complex job, but Collen and Aaron were very professional and helpful. They met their deadline with time to spare. It was clear they took pride in their work.

We are very satisfied with the end result.

<p>I would definitely recommend them. We had another pool service that was horrible. So, they came out and gave us an estimate and within just a matter of days, they had our pool back up-and-running and it wasn’t green anymore, it was great. And we had looked at several other pool services but they gave us the best estimate and they were prompt, they did the work, corrected the work that had been done incorrectly by other pool company. And they could have actually even put more equipment on our pool, because we have a saltwater pool, but they said the saltwater had not been working for probably a year or more and that we really didn’t need it and so they just took it off where they could have charged us probably another $1,000 to $1,200 to put a new one on our pool. So, that was really nice. I mean, they could have gotten a lot more money out of us if they had wanted to. They are very trustworthy. They were quite a bit cheaper than the next guy closest to them. Their guys were nice, they answered all our questions. They were prompt and they did the work quickly. We fired our other provider and hired them to even to just do our weekly pool service.</p>

Bottom Line Up Front:  Allure designed and built a beautiful spa and we are <strong>very happy with the finished product and Colleen's design/quality</strong>.  Because communication is not always great with Colleen, you need to be a proactive contractee and take an active role in the construction process and push communication yourself.  <br /> Pros and cons as follows: <br /> Pros: <br /> - Best and most creative design amongst many contractors that submitted <br /> - Best price for what we got (We noticed that the builders w/storefronts pass that overhead straight on to you, and can do much less   <br />   for the base price. Dollar for dollar additions were comparable though) <br /> - Great knowledge of pool building <br /> - Good choice in subcontractors resulted in very high quality <br /> - Straightforward about costs and any issues that arose <br /> Cons: <br /> - Building process went longer than expected (expected finish in mid February, so one month long) <br /> - Slow communication on the status of construction and next steps <br /> - Sometims very responsive, other times not <br /> <br /> <br />
