My Horrible experience with Mr Hernandez. He paid himself 90% of the 20k including buying himself tools and a mini fridge. He clearly underestimated the cost Of repairs. work That was done - was done below standards. He broke my Home security system And my toilet. He refuses to pay for the damages. He threw outlet covers, my door has no hole for a door knob. Takes your hard earned money, works a little and disappears for months at a time. He promises things and later doesn’t “remember “. He refuses to give his contract license.

You paid us 19,885 of the total 28,449, this is approx 70% of the cost of the project, and we only left less than 10% of the work. The only work pending is a 3ftx5ft shower remodeling, remove 4ft high sheetrock and insulation in the bathroom 5ft x 6ft walls and make them new, paint, molding and door; as well, to remove 4ft high sheetrock and insulation in the living room 14ft x 20ft, make them new, paint and molding. We were and we still are in the best disposition to complete the project, but you never gave us an option, you only call to offend us and we didn’t continue the project because we went every day for a whole week and you didn’t open the door, and you only texted me back that “not today”, and it happened all week, after that I didn’t receive any answer for when we continue, only after 2 o 3 weeks later, we couldn’t wait all that time, and after that, we were still working in your house but the same situation happened that nobody open the door. We didn’t break any toilet we are a professional company remember you already had a new toilet on your master room because that old toilet was already damaged. The alarm system that you are talking about the first day when we met you told it wasn’t working, so that’s why when you told me that we apparently broke that system I ask you for the last bill that you never show me, to contact your alarm system company and take the responsibility, but I call the company and they said that they didn’t have any service in your address. Thank you for your feedback and we are a responsible and professional company that other customers can relate. We hope we can fix and end this in a proper way. "

First, I would like to retract my previous review. Robert called me on Sunday, May 17th and asked if I had received his quote. I told him no and confirmed my email address. He then said that since I had not received the quote within 4 days he wanted to do the job for free. He came out on Wednesday, May 20th and began the procedure of cutting down some tree limbs that were over the roof and washing the roof. He returned the next day and applied the first coat. He then returned today, Friday, May 22nd and applied the second coat. Robert is a very professional young man and he is a Christian and that means a lot to me. I would hire him a skinny minute for any job I needed done that I can't do myself. I HIGHLY recommend Robert, All Valley Solutions,!! Thank you Robert and God Bless you and your family.

I contacted All Valley Solutions for my parents for a bathtub/shower remodel. My dad said Robert Hernandez was so great throughout the entire process of remodeling our bathtub/shower to a stand up handicap accessible shower. He walked my dad through the process of the remodel, answered all of his questions, was efficient with his time, and was always on time as well. And he came out to Los Fresnos for the job. The work was finished quickly and My dad will be hiring him again for other remodeling jobs. We highly recommend him for your remodel jobs. He also gave my dad a discount for being a veteran.

Mr Hernandez started well, but it really tried our patience! 7 months later after just needing a few minor things, like, , that I had to be reminding him and him expecting us to continuously make him a list of things to finish, stopped answering texts, what’s up messages and phone calls. He didn’t complete the contract, he claimed he couldn’t find a welder to weld security bars in our porch. Last text to him, we asked him to come and take what was his, his pad lock, open it and give us our keys and take left over Sheetrock sheets from our yard. No response! We’re being forced to figure out how to open the coded lock and clean up his mess.
