Excellent. Because I drive Lyft/Uber and my only down time is Saturday day, Lee (thank you Lee!) came out and did the work on Saturday!

The overall work was not up to the quality I expected. We were left with errors that are not fixable without considerable rework. For example, the vent for a basement sink was built into the wall, thus requiring that the wall be permanently left open. The master bath shower was plumbed backwards leaving the hot water controlled by the cold indicator (cannot be fixed without removing tile, grout and backer board). And, he scratched the soapstone countertop while installing faucets (and didn't tell us). His punctuality was what I consider poor, often delaying showing up for days. And, his prices gouged us for a bit of extra work. In retrospect, I would insist that the general contractor not hire this company again.

<p> I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater.  </p> <p>I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.</p> <p>Dick Wolfe</p> <br />

Zachary was punctual, professional and diligent.  While flushing out the hot water heater, he elucidated me on the electrical components of the hot water heater unit, adjusted the thermostat to a more suitable setting after my home inspector had set it too high (130 degrees), and gave me very helpful tips on what to look out for as my hot water heater ages.  He also advised me on water pressure issues that could arise and how to avert those kinds of disasters as well.  It was not only a service-related call but one that was highly educational as well.  As a first-time homeowner, I appreciated that he was willing to answer my questions and not only inform me about how things work but actually show me what to look for and where to look.  <br /> I'm very pleased with the work and the accessible communication in scheduling this appointment.  I'm also happy that I've now found a plumber that I could call in the future and whom I could recommend to others with praise!  Thank you Zachary and All Ways Plumbing! <br /> <br />

Service call set up for 9/30/2015. When Zach arrived, he didn't have the correct water heater. I needed a 50 gallon low-boy. He did order it and had it installed 2 days later on 10/2/2015. Zach was very professional and kept me in the loop. Water heater is working great and I would use him again. <br />

He's never finished the job. I'm still waiting to hear from him but he won't communicate with me. He's cashed my check for the first half of the job but hasn't been back to finish the job. My bathroom is without a toilet and a shower. Please Please Please finish the job, I could really use a toilet! I hired this guy in May and its the middle of August - this is sad.

It was good.  They actually forgot to do something which is part of the service.  There was something 1:16 – 1:18.  But because of that there was three hours of extra service.

Purchased one hour of plumbing service for $79 through Angieslist. When I tried to secedule the service his only openings were weeks out which at the time wouldn't work for me. Eventually we were able to agree on a time and he sent a tech out. The tech he sent out couldn't figure out how to mount a wall mounted faucet. I had removed the sheetrock and insulation prior to his arrival so all he had to do was rough in for the faucet. He couldn't figure out how to mount it and said he had to go get parts. He came back with the wrong parts and still couldn't get it mounted properly. at this point I called his boss and he told me that the job was taking too long and the tech was going to have to leave to go to another job. He then told me I was going to have to pay for the techs time, well over 3 hours. I refused. The owner must have thought I didn't know anything about plumbing because he said they didn't normally carry the parts to mount wall mounted faucets. This is laughable because all he need to instal was two drop ear elbows onto the pex waterlines, secrew them to the wall, and then cap them off with 3" pipe nipples. Simple. If you don't carry those things on your truck you're not a plumber. <br /> After explaining how the faucet mounted to the owner i think he eventually figured out that this was an easy job and the tech just didn't understand how to do it. He said not to worry about the extra time the tech had spent on the job and he would call me back to reschedule. Which he never did. <br /> I had a bad experience with this guy. You may not. My faucet mounted differently than most, (but he knew he was hired to instal a wall mounted faucet).  In his defensive I'll say that he quickly responded to Angiestlist messages, had he tech here on time, and lost money on my job because of his tech.  <br /> <br /> <br />

Zach is one of those men you have a good feeling about the moment you speak to him.  He came to give me an estimate a few days after I spoke with him and it was very reasonable.  He and his crew of two others were so incredibly nice when they arrived.  I had initially just needed the gas line for the kitchen range.  The day before they were to arrive, I had a dishwasher delivered by Home Depot that was not able to be installed.  I called Zach and left him a message asking if he could install the dishwasher as well.  So with hardly any notice, they stayed an extra hour and did that as well.  I was very happy with the work they completed and with how pleasant they all were.  I will definitely be using All Ways for all my future plumbing needs!  Honest and hard working!  Thanks guys!! <br />

<p>Explained I had just purchased house during winter and home inspection hadn't allowed testing of A/C.  Had already called home warranty service to check bearing on fan motor and asked if something could be done about wires left sticking out of top grill from motor replacement.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Inside unit was inspected, leak discovered and fixed on refrigerant line entering unit.  Wires sticking out of top grill outside were secured.  I was also advised that there were several wires which were just twisted together without electrical caps and caps were placed.  Discussed servicing schedule for heat pumps since this is my first experience with them and we agreed once/year unless I notice problems between visits.</p> <br />

Servicemen (2) arrived on time, evaluated the problem, attempted a fix.  However, soon after they left, the toilet showed the same problem as before.  The servicemen returned the next day, and correctly fixed the problem with no additional charge.  So I can't give them a top grade for quality, they made up through responsiveness and professionalism.  <br />
