Received three bids on the replacement of our furnace with a high-efficiency Carrier unit, and All Weather beat every estimate. Ray discussed the furnace with me and how to gain the most efficiency from the furnace and included as part of the quote a 4” filter housing and the Carrier thermostat specific to the unit in the price – something the other companies wanted to charge more for. Installation was performed within a week of our acceptance of the quote. Installation was quick and painless, and the installer was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and did a high-quality, professional installation. All-Weather is an outstanding HVAC company, and I highly recommend them!

I spent $120. It took a few days to get them out and the workers were good. It took them a couple hours to do the job and they fixed the furnace.

Our pipes were vibrating and we called All Weather on April 12th for further repairs only to discover the boiler was leaking water.  It took over a week to repair, All Weather made an attempt to repair the boiler on April 22nd.  Within 8 hours of the repair on April 22nd, the boiler was leaking again.   <br>We called All Weather to address the current issue and expressed that we felt we were sold an inferior product and did not wish to spend more money on a boiler that would continue to break.  After expressing our concerns verbally in a phone call with the owner, Ray Petrime, we were assured verbally that All Weather would "make this right for our family", "due to our circumstances there would be no labor charges and repairs costs would be low if anything at all".   We have paid an additional $690 since Ray Petrime, owner of All Weather Heating & Cooling Inc. made that claim, in addition All Weather has sent another bill for $1,270 for additional necessary repairs.  The boiler continues to leak water all over our basement floor, the water runs hot/cold and our home struggles to heat the house over night even with Spring temperatures.   <br>We have tried to resolve this without giving a poor rating on Angie's List and withholding judgement to give All Weather every chance to make this right for our family as promised.  Today, I was sent an e-mail by Ray Petrime, owner of All Weather, that because All Weather installed the boiler / hot water tank 6 years ago and we have only complained and had service calls every year or so, All Weather Heating & Cooling Inc. does not feel an obligation to help us other then to charge us further fees as outlined to date.  This is a heart breaking answer for my family and not acceptable after all we have been through because of the faulty product All Weather installed as our boiler / hot water tank.    <br>We are being forced to purchase another a brand new boiler / hot water tank in only 6 years time when the average boiler / hot water tank should last 14-20 years.   We wish we never worked with All Weather Heating & Cooling Inc.  It has cost us nothing but stress, time/hassle to document and follow up on our concerns and further time/money.  There is a discrepancy with what Ray Petrime, owner, states verbally vs. what he is willing to put in writing / final charges for services due.  We have been completely caught off guard with the fees outlined to us in writing after Ray's personal promise to keep costs low to none at all.  The costs outlined to date do not even cover what it would cost us to replace the faulty boiler.   <br> <br> <br>

WAY  TO MUCH FOR A SERVICE CHARGE...... THE DO A TRIP CHARGE AND A LABOR CHARGE <br />  I HAVE ALWAYS USED ANOTHER COMPANY. (GEISEL SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH THEM) <br />  knowing  MY AIR WAS NOT WORKING...  I CAN NOT STAND HEAT ... SO I FOUND THIS COMPANY  CALLED ALL-WEATHER...SAID COULD COME ON  Friday... INSTEAD OF Monday LIKE TH4E OTHER CO.  THE TRIP CHARGE WAS ONLY 60.00 THINKING I MIGHT SAVE A FEW BUCKS...... SENT OUT THE TECH AND 2 VERY YOUNG KIDS.. SHOWED UP ..TOOK THEM A WHILE TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM...LOW ON FREON . OR SO THEY SAY.... <br />  ******get***** HANDED THE BILL AND THEY CHARGED 60.00 FOR A TRIP CHARGE... 80.00 FOR LABOR...  AND 165.00 FOR THE FREON... ...******WAY TO MUCH FOR THE LABOR NEVER TOLD ME THIS ON THE PHONE .. Everything went really well and the service team was very nice and helpful. I couldn't have asked for things to go any better. I will be happy to use All Weather again in the future.

Excellent experience. The owner, Ray, was responsive and considerate. They worked with us on price and were totally up front and honest. They worked quickly and took care of the permit and setting up the inspection. They gave us options on what to do to replace the furnace, but also went through all our ductwork and replaced and re-routed where needed. Everyone was professional. By far one of the best experiences we've had, even though the situation was and expense was unexpected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Fantastic company. We will never call anyone else again and you shouldn't either! <br />

All Weather Heating and Cooling beat all the other estimates by about four hundred dollars. Their estimator, Ray,  who was the first person I dealt with was great. He went over the whole job and explained my options and educated me on what I needed to have installed. Within two weeks the company had me scheduled for the installation which was perfect for my timeline. The two men that showed up to do the job were great. Jessie and Shane were courteous and professional and went over everything they were going to do. They had the job done in about five hours which was much faster than I had anticipated. It looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. They explained how to operate the unit to me and went over all other information that was important to me, like the warranty. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have any HVAC work done on their home... <br />

You might think that pride, high quality work and a professional attitude are lost in today's marketplace, but they are alive and well at All Weather Heating and Cooling. Joe and Ryan did a beautiful job in the new installation. Joe ( one of the owners) fabricated a large amount of duct work and everything fit together with surgical precision. Ray (also an owner) spent a lot of time educating me and answering my questions about why Carrier should be my product of choice. I could not be more pleased. As weather permits, All Weather will install a 3&1/2 ton Carrier heat pump. Can't wait to again see their skills and professionalism in action. I can recommend All Weather without hesitation. They were very professional. They had places rags down throughout the home so they didnt track any snow through out the home. The gentleman that did the work was very professional. His work was very clean. All the wires were hidden, the water that was run to the unit was neatly done. I would highly recommend their service. <br />

He is wonderful. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, honest and has a good work ethic.

It was a great experience start to finish. When I called they came out and knew what had to be done right away. The owner was very professional and very detailed when giving the estimate. Once the parts were in ( 2 day later) the technician  came out and handled the job very well.

They are great, we have been using them for years. We have had furnace issues before and they were right out in the middle of winter to fix it.

They were very professional and followed all the codes of Lakewood. They did a great, clean job and kept the integrity of our old home. They were very friendly, nice and we paid what they estimated. 

See above. After a business relationship lasting more than 1 year, they are fired. I know longer trust them to provide HVAC solutions for my properties. I feel bad about this, but what can I do? I have to protect my invesments and trust the people I work with. They tried sending out someone else, but why bother? I'd get more of the same. So, I am out $2500 for the new unit and I have the same problem I had before.
