I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured.

Company never pulled permit for exterior door installation, until we had issues and pointed it out. Door was not centered in location and was not handicap accessible, which we made clear to salesman when we purchased it. Electrical work was moved without permit or licensed contractor.

"The purchaser/homeowner’s entered a written contract with AWS. They purchased 3 sliding doors, 2-8 foot doors and 1 5-foot door. The contract, signed by the homeowner indicated that the labor to be performed included two existing 8-foot doorwalls being removed and replaced by the new 8-foot doorwalls. Also, the opening around the south door was to be re-sized and a 5-foot sliding door was to be installed. AWS performed the work requested. The contract is dated June30, 2016. Thereafter, the homeowner signed a change order relative to which way the sliding doors were to move. The change order also calls for brushed nichol handles on the sliding doors. Neither the contract nor the change order called for a handicap accessible door or a 6 foot sliding door. The homeowner signed the change order form on July 18, 2016. On both documents the price of each were clearly stated. AWS completed the work pursuant to the contract and change order as agreed upon pursuant to these documents. However, only after the work was performed did the homeowner approach AWS stating he now wanted a 6 food door, instead of the 5 foot sliding door. Only then did he state that he wanted the door to be handicap accessible. He made no such requests at any time before the installation of all the doors. For him to suggest otherwise is quite simply unbelievable. Had AWS known, before the installation, that the homeowner desired a larger door, AWS would have ordered and installed it for him. AWS takes pride in its workmanship and is committed to satisfying customers. However, in this case the homeowner expects AWS to provide him with a free product upgrade and free labor to install it, all because he had a change of heart following installation of the sliding doors he and his wife ordered. The truth of the matter is the homeowner asked for and received a 5 foot sliding door pursuant to the contract. In fact, the homeowner was present at the time all the doors were installed; at no time did the homeowner suggest that he did not want the 5 foot sliding door installed. In fact, he had no complaint at all until it was time to pay. Lastly, the homeowner never bothered to obtain the proper building permits as required by the contract."

From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs. Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating. In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order. After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes. He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me. Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work. One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones. They were on time and prompt in their arrival. They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day. As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place. We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved. While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home. <br /> <br /> <br />

Great. The two man team sent out, Cory and Justin, were exemplary representatives for Weather Seal, polite, professional, and highly competent at their job. Very detail oriented, work performed to a very high standard, work done to a finish level that rises to craftsman. I was actively monitoring quality and attention to detail - and pleasantly surprised each time. Also very respectful of our home and our property. Cory even changed the order of work over the 3-4 weeks in order to not disturb a mother chickadee who had built her nest behind one of the stucco panels. Clean- up over the multi week job was frequent and thorough. They were both great guys and I would recommend them and their work unconditionally. Would hire them again without reservation. Not the lowest bid, but a textbook case to illustrate that you get what you pay for. But not an exorbitant quote, either. JP, sales rep was low key, low pressure pleasant to work with.

<p>They were prompt, the sales was low-pressure, the door itself was lifetime warranted, and the install was smooth. After the install they cleaned up the mess and remove the old door. Because the door was lifetime warranted, All Weather Seal has come out to repair it in the past, and has always been as professional as ever. An excellent company, I have used them to replace all of my windows as well. Highly recommended!</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

Ken did an excellent job. Over four days he replaced 17 windows, a patio door, and a storm door. He also replaced the interior trim around several of the windows. They arrived on time every day and worked efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were very professional. The windows and trim look great and we've had nothing but positive comments from friends and neighbors about the quality of their work.

We had originally had All Weather Seal replace all of the windows in the house. They were very professional and performed an excellent service. Since they initially performed the install, any time we have needed them to perform a maintenance or other service call, they have done so promptly and done an excellent job each time. <br />

That was rushed into production and replaced a week later. The only problem was the smell of the caulking...but we were able to air the house good since it was warm at the time. It cleared up within 24hrs.These are our 2nd replacement windows and the difference is quite amazing...No air leaks and quieter in the house. I think the proper installation is the key. These were properly installed!
