Yes, Alex was very professional, thorough, explained what was going on with my washing machine and so incredibly honest in letting me know that he could fix it, but I would be spending about the same thing it would cost me to buy a new washer. So I opted to pay the service fee and get a new washer. I will definitely call him again for any repairs that I might need in the future. My friends have taken his phone number down as well.

Found a few companies on Angi, requested quotes. While most of the companies replies were automated texts or emails, Alex took the time to call directly and schedule a time for him to complete repairs. He had an availability on the same day, luckily! He was friendly, and completed the repair quickly. When I told him that most companies sent out an automated reply, he chuckled and said, "I like talking to the people!" I appreciate this!! He completed the repair before any of the companies even reached out to give a quote!! If I could give him 20 stars I would. This dryer was out for months, and Alex got it back up in less than an hour.

I was very surprised to see this young man because he was personable from the start. He made light work of my washing machine. He showed me what was wrong and I appreciated that. From start to finish it took about 45 minutes. My washer runs like new. I would definitely hire him again!

I spoke with Alex on the phone initially and he gave me a good time to be at my home and came the very next day. He assessed the situation found the problem immediately, replace the part, and ran the washer through a cycle to make sure it was OK which it was. Alex is a very nice man and very knowledgeable.
