I put my trust in this serviceman. I love to cook and Im always in the kitchen. When my fridge stopped working I was devastated. With the high cost of food I hated to waste anything. He was very professional and neat. Very pleasant to work with. I will never use anyone else and would highly recommend the company to anyone I know in need of these services.

Alex was terrific. Knew the problem immediately. Even showed me how to fix the draw if it comes off the track in the future. He needed to get the fan part that he needed to fix the noise in the refrigerator. He left and was back in less than a half an hour. We will call him again if we need any appliance repair.

Yes, Alex was very professional, thorough, explained what was going on with my washing machine and so incredibly honest in letting me know that he could fix it, but I would be spending about the same thing it would cost me to buy a new washer. So I opted to pay the service fee and get a new washer. I will definitely call him again for any repairs that I might need in the future. My friends have taken his phone number down as well.
