Derek was experienced, and professional and very quickly discovered the problem with our front door latch. He had the needed replacement part in his truck and was finished with the job in record time. I would definitely use this company again if needed and recommend them highly to others.

I am not one to normally leave a review and when I do I hate that for a base good review it needs to be 5 stars. 3 is average if everything is 5 there is no room for improvement or to complement or reward someone for going above and beyond, which I wan doing right now. Derek C went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I am a Disabled Vet and suffer for Diabetes with needed insulin locked inside and was locked out of my Condo and because I had tried 2 other locksmith services prior and had been waiting over a hour after repeated calls to the dispatchers and saying I needed my insulin for a technician to call me back. This was Tuesday I am still waiting on one of them to call. Derek C called me with in 5 minutes of contacting the dispatcher. he said he was about 30 minutes out but got there in under 20 minutes and was prompt in opening the door. I am 100% disable and on a very tight fixed income and Derek C was very willing to work with me on the price and a payment plan in addition to the companies Veteran discount with is always appreciated. For these reason I am writing this review and giving Derek and his company 5 star, He has earned it and I am a Alohomora customer for life. Not only do i recommend this company to you I well and have recommended it to family and friends.

Matt called prior to arriving giving me a better idea of what time he would arrive. He was very professional, knew what he was doing and was done before I knew it. I would definitely call them the next time I need their service and highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

I can't believe I managed to lose my key fob in the middle of a pandemic, but I did. These guys responded quickly, charged a very fair price, and have great employees. Locksmith Roman was prompt, friendly, and did quality work. They made a really terrible situation bearable.
