Unbeknownst to us, our fuse box caught on fire and we were without any power. Ron and Angela arrived before the time they said they'd arrive. Ron completed the rebuilding of our fuse box in over an hour short of his estimated time of completion. They brought a generator to keep our refrigerator running - we did not loose anything from it . They also brought a battery operated fan which they lent to us for our relief from the 90+°F heat. They were professional and easygoing throughout their stay. Ron knew his way through this problem. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical work you might need.

Very professional, Don is a 40 year master eletrican. All if his work met or exceeded all electical requirements. He called the first day that I posted on Angi and stopped by with an estimate that day.He started the job the next and fininished the following day due to additional work

I recently had Ron from Alpha Electric LLC and his wife install two pendant lights over my kitchen island, and the results are fantastic! They came the very next day after I contacted them, handled the installation with great skill, and even repaired some wiring issues I’d caused when attempting the install myself. They were professional, efficient, and left the area spotless. Highly recommend their services!

I called AE LLC. I told him I wanted a remote ceiling fan light switch installed and to cap the light switch wires that were present. Later that day, I get the bill totaling $706.52. I received an invoice that stated what work was done the following day from my 77-year-old mother. No labor cost, parts cost, total hours or anything that would resemble a professional invoice. When I called to ask about the invoice, he immediately became defensive. When I asked how much the over/under light switch he purchased from Home Depot, he said $50 bucks (I checked at Home Depot, they are $11), metal box that supports the ceiling fan, he said around $25 or $35 bucks (Home Depot $19). I never told him to get into the ceiling fan in the first place. He kept saying he needed the fan directions. FACTS: it took him 4 hours, @$125 an hour, to trouble-shoot, install metal box for ceiling fan, and a light switch. It cost me around $600 just for labor, which I had to add it up for him! AE LLC took advantage of a 100% disabled Veteran (who was not present) and a 77-year-old lady. The job should have only cost $250. My mother said he was slow and took lots of breaks. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will use my Louisville connections to make residents aware of this company's performance and scams. Avoid this company like COVID-19!!!!!

"Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience. We strive to give our customers the best experience possible. We were asked to trouble shoot a ceiling fan that was not working and to install a receiver in the fan for a remote. When we arrived on time at 9.00am as we had scheduled with you, we found that whoever had hanged the fan did not wire it correctly. In order to get the fan to work we had to take the ceiling fan down and trouble shoot the wires in the ceiling. The box in the ceiling fan was plastic and it was not up to code. We called you several times throughout the process an keep you informed. You agreed for us to tear it out an put a metal one in to support the fan. We had to extended wires since they had been cut short and the wiring was all wrong. After trouble shooting two switches that controlled the ceiling fan, we had to put an over and under switch in which we had asked the elderly lady, and you. She was fine with that. The fan that came with a receiver that was not universal an since it was bad we could not replace it. We tried too but that would not work. As far as the breaks goes there was no AC on so it was extremely hot inside, he had to stay hydrated. Unfortunately, he is a diabetic, an used the restroom several times. Sorry for the inconvenience. We discussed the hourly rate with you before the work was done. You scheduled the appointment; we would have been more than happy for you to be there. Before we left, she said she was happy and satisfied with the work we performed. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long it takes to troubleshoot what a non-license person tries to do themselves. Hope you will give us another chance. God Bless"

I am more than happy with the job that was done. He definitely lives up to his title of “ Master Electrician “. The job was done with no waste of time. A confusing mess of wires was nothing to him. He and his wife were kind, courteous and respectful . It’s hard to get good help. Once I find someone who does all right things and cares about the job they do and their customer, I will use only them in the future. I highly recommend him as an electrician. He and his wife are a great team. I’m happy to have their card on my refrigerator . The price is right & he doesn’t waste time. Thank you so very much! You really made our day.

A very nice couple. I enjoyed meeting them to review my project. However, at the end of the 1 hour visit to assess my project, I was presented with a $250 bill. It was explained that I was told there would be a “service charge”. I was not told about any such charge (I would have never agreed to it), nor did two other contractors that bid on the job charge me any fee to assess and quote on the job. I will not be hiring these people because of this surprise bill, so I don’t know about the quality of their work, but do be aware that if you ask them to come assess your job, you may be hit with an unexpected $250 bill.
