I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!they clearly did a rushed job and has very little experience doing it!two years later amd i already have to star replacing my fence and gates.would not hire again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALPHA FENCING SPECIALISTS: 555 W Ocean Ave, Boynton Beach. In the experience I had with them they were incompetent, inconsiderate and deceitful. They left me without a proper pool enclosure for 22 days during which hurricane Dorian passed. I had to provide temporary fencing myself during this period. They ran out of materials four times and placed a gate post in the wrong place making the gate narrower. I had to threaten involving the company owner who lives out of state in order to get what was written in the contract.

They work very quickly and had creative solutions to keep my dog from digging under the fence.

Problems at first were they set to start the job on 7/5 and complete on 7/6. They showed up 5 days early and wanted to leave their trailer with supplies on it parked in the front yard. It was later determined they would take the trailer and return the following Monday to start the work. Additionally, they were to have someone come out and mark off the buried cables, pipes, etc., which was never done. Telephone calls after that changed the installation back to 7/5 and that it would be complete in two days. Wednesday 7/5 came, removed old fence left in the front yard and driveway, started install. Return Thursday, continue on install and did not have driveway gates. To return Friday to complete, but were unable to complete. They did remove old fence at end of the day. Supposed to return Saturday but was put off until Monday 7/10, later called and advised they could not come. Returned on 7/11 to finish fence but forgot to bring the walk through gate. They returned with the gate after lunch and completed the job. The only real problem was the scheduling issues, the work it itself was completed satisfactorily. I would use them again, but would have them be more definite on their scheduling.

Unfortunately it was a very poor installation. One self closing gate does not close, many wood pieces were installed warped and cracked but mainly the fence line in not level. Several areas are higher then the adjacent fence line. My wife and I tried several times to address the issues with Bill Hartman, the owner but he was not responsive and refused to correct any issues. I have since contacted other fence installers and they have quoted me $1000.00 to correct the issues. It appears that the installers were not experienced based on the poor leveling and it seems that many pieces of the wood were rejects from a prior project. To add insult to injury I made a complaint to the county consumer affairs  office and sent pictures of the fence. Mr Hartman stated that it was  not his fence in the pictures. It is appalling that a fence contractor can take money from hard working people and not deliver as promised. All we asked is for the problems to be corrected not for any money to be refunded or excuses. <br />

My experience with Alpha Fence Company, its owner Bill Hartman, and all of its workers was one of the best experiences with a home contractor that I have ever had. The many reasons for this include the following: <br /> 1. From the time I first met the owner, Bill Hartman, until the completion of my fence he was outstanding. He responded <br /> quickly to my request for an estimate and it was, by far, the best of several I had received. He patiently waited for my HOA <br /> to approve the fence which did not come until December 19. Nevertheless, he scheduled the completion of the fence <br /> to occur before Christmas. On December 24th my two labradoodles had a fenced-in yard. <br /> 2. I was impressed by the workmanship and speed of the installers. They began on Monday the 23rd and finished in <br /> two days. They worked steadily and meticulously, and when the job was completed, cleaned up all materials. They <br /> were simply the best. <br /> 3. The quality of the materials used for my fence were superior. No shortcuts. <br /> 4. Even when the job was over his secretary called to inform me that $250 of permit money was going to be returned to <br /> me. She was great. <br /> 5. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with our new fence. Bill Hartman and his crew did everything right from the quote for the fence to the removal of the old fence, to the installation, to the follow up covering minor repairs. Alpha Fence's customer service is 2nd to none in my opinion. Bill runs an honest, friendly class act operation. The fence took 2 days to install and my wife and I are thrilled with results. I would whole heatedly recommend Bill and his crew at Alpha Fence to anyone in the market for ANY type of fence. Thank Bill!!! <br />

The proposal for the work was very reasonable and was less than all the other quotes I received from other companies. They were very accommodating when scheduling the work to be completed. The work was done in an efficient and professional manner. <br />

They installed a fence and did a good job. My experience with them was very good. They are easy to work with and most accomodating. We are very happy with them. I would use this company again in the future.
