Daniel removed the old lock, explained why it happened, and replaced the old one with a better quality one. He keyed the new lock and everything works perfectly.

Daniel responded immediately to my message, and we set up service for the following day. When the job they were working on took longer than expected, he called to let me know their status, and we agreed on a later time (after 7:00 p.m. worked better for us). When Daniel arrived, he took the time to clearly explain the lock issue to my elderly in-laws, and then repaired the lock so we could use it again. He was professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and left the place spotless! I would definitely recommend Alpha Lock & Key to my friends and family.

The owner came out himself. He quickly put in a deadbolt that had been improperly installed previously by a neighbor and would not lock. He did this quickly and professionally . I would definitely use this company again.

He was friendly enough. Late for the appointment. But my main problem was that I asked for the porch screen door lock and back patio porch door lock to have the same key and he didn't do this. Said he would order the correct lock. I followed up two weeks later after not hearing from him and he told me that the company was based in NY so it sometimes took awhile to get parts but that he had ordered it the next day after servicing me. That was 4 months ago. I followed up two months after the fact and had no response. Disappointed. Also--my back porch doesn't lock so anyone can just get in. Thanks, Daniel!

Super nice guy. Came out an hour after a phone call Did exactly what he said and more at the exact quoted price. Had all the supplies and colors and styles of various door knobs and locks than you could imagine. Professional reasonable and on time

I purchased an Angie's List offer from Alpha Lock & Key and within an hour I got a call back from locksmith and would be at my place after he finished his current job. So within a couple hours he arrived at my house and I was very pleased with his responsiveness since I just called the same day. I showed him the digital lock I bought and he was quite familiar with it, but I also showed him the door it was to be installed. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the drill bit and apparatus to increase the size of the hole in the door for the lock. Danny had all necessary tools in his van and went to work right away. Within 20 mins he had the hole drilled bigger and the new lock installed. It was a different digital lock than I was use to so Danny walked me through how to program my new lock code. It was simple. Because of the service voucher I purchased, my job didn't cost anything extra so I was happy I got it. I would highly recommend Alpha Lock & Key for responsiveness, value, workmanship, and professionalism. I would definitely trust them with my locksmith needs in the future.

After given me info on a range of options and prices, Daniel was at my house within 2 hours installing the door knobs and deadbolts I had selected. He was very professional and did a great job installing the locks, making the number of keys I needed, and thoroughly cleaning the area around the doors where the work was done. If you're looking for top notch customer service and quality products at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Alpha Lock and Key.

Even though I was calling from Tampa, I was able to get a same day service call to change all the locks at my sister's new apartment. Daniel was very prompt in providing me with an emailed copy of the payment receipt for my records. I would definitely hire again.
