Bad experience. After two hours past my scheduled appointment. I called to ask if he planned to evaluate/repair the washing machine. The dialog went like this AO 'I ordered a part and it will be arriving tomorrow. See you then'. Me 'How can you order a part when you haven't looked at the unit' AO 'You said you force the door open to get the wet clothes out. You must have broke the latch' Me 'The latch is not broken, I need you to fix the reason why it's not working properly'. AO 'A front loader needs a secure latch to work properly'. Me 'I informed you on our first conversation, the unit is a top loader and I sent you the make, model and serial number'. AO 'You still need a door latch' Me 'It's not broken' After a few minutes more of frustrating conversation, he decided to come and look at the unit. Upon I arriving and after 20+ minutes, I was informed that he didn't know what was wrong, but did mention I may have a 'seal' issue based on water spray. He recommended buying a new unit vs repairing the existing one. He invoiced me $87.00 Unprofessional. Would not reccommend! <br />

He was professional, easy to work with and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.   Both appliances have worked flawlessly since the service. <br /> <br /> The first time I used Chris was on a Asko dishwasher at a rental property.  Even though the Swedish brand is difficult to find parts for and a bit complex, Chris was able to repair it and keep it up and running.   <br /> <br /> I would use him again.

We called Alpha Omega Appliance Service Last Thursday as we <br /> needed our Jel Wend Range repaired. Chris answered the phone right away and we <br /> were able to make an appointment later that day.  Chris came out with in the time he had <br /> scheduled and assessed the problem that we were having.  He gave us a quote for the part and labor and <br /> said he could get that part tomorrow and scheduled a time to come back the next <br /> day.  Chris came back the next day.  When he swapped out the part and put the oven <br /> back together the same problem existed.  <br /> After doing some other testing he realized what the problem was and <br /> fixed it.  He removed the part he ordered <br /> and replaced it back with the one original and did not charge us since we didn?t <br /> need it.  We appreciated his honesty so <br /> much and the fact that the cost to fix the over was let then he had quoted was <br /> greatly appreciated as well.   We thought Chris did a great job and would <br /> recommend him to anyone needing Appliance Repair. <br />

The contractor was very good and honest. He systematically and accurately identified the problem, and fixed it! No guesses... <br /> <br />He was also friendly and helped me to understand the process that he was going through as he worked on the furnace. <br /> <br /> <br />

Great help. Nice, professional work.

Called in am of July 1 2014 and initially said he'd come the next day between 11-1pm.  The 1st of July was an unusually warm <br /> day. The refrigerator seemed to be nearly as warm as the inside of the house.  Chris called and was able to come early <br /> ie at approx 6pm on July 1st.  He identified the problem right away and shortly thereafter how to fix it.  He was there a total <br /> of approx 1 hr., replaced the thermostat and checked to make sure the rest of the refrigerator was working well. <br /> Have not had a refrigerator fixed before;only just replaced them.  I was pleased the problem could be fixed and for a very <br /> resonable price. <br /> <br />

My refrigerator/freezer stopped working on a Sunday.  After looking on Angie's List, I contacted Alpha Omega Appliances online.  He responded quickly, asking for my phone number for more details.  I called and left a message.  He called me back a short time later- even on a Sunday.  We scheduled an appointment for the next day between 10 and 12.  After he arrived, he diagnosed the problem as a short in one of the two control panels.  He drove to the part store.  When he came back, he found that one of the control panels he had been given was the wrong one.  He went back to the store.  The second time he came back, he said that the control panel he thought he needed wasn't available.  He had called all over and it was back ordered for another month.  Fortunately, he tried replacing the second control panel- the one he thought probably wasn't the problem- and it worked.  He was friendly, professional and persistent in solving the problem. <br />

He worked SO h****** our samsung refrigerator that THREE other companies were unable to repair..... Chris just wouldn't give up! He didn't charge us for his extra time or parts that he bought for us but wound up not using.... This guy is a class act and we are SO very glad to have found him especially since he repairs more than just refrigerators...... Chris is now our go to guy! <br />

Great price, puntcual, fought with a difficult repair until it was done, & came back next day to make sure working.Being in service for many years I rarely write reviews or send letters but in this situation I felt it was the least I could do. He was quick and efficient, luckily he had the part with him.  I was/am quite pleased with him. <br />

Chris Wise had to locate the leak which required the removal of all interior shelves and the cover over the cooling unit.  There was so much ice built up he had to defrost the unit to get to the problem.  The problem was a heat sensing switch that controls the evaporator. Chris had to go to South Center  to get a new switch.  After installing the part he made sure there were no other problems.  <br /> I called several other repair shops but they would not work on a Samsung.  Chris has training on Samsung.   <br /> I  would highly recommend Chris.  He is pleasant and very knowledgeable. <br />

<p>This is my second experience with Chris, I arranged an appointment Alpha Omega Appliance. Chris came out, quickly analyzed the problem and ordered a replacement part.  He returned a couple of days later to install the new part.  The repair was completed successfully.   I was very satisfied with the quality and price of the work completed.   I highly recommend Alpha Omega for any appliance repair work!</p> <br />

Chris, the owner came on a Monday and found a leaky valve in the refrigerator.  He had to order the part, so he said he had to come back in two days.  He came back on Wednesday and replaced the part.  He put the refrigerator back and cleaned up before he left.  Chris is very knowledgeable at what he does.  He is also on time and courteous. <br />

Came out at 6:30 PM determined the cause came back on SATURDAY and repaired the unit no extra charge for a saturday. Extremely professional. You can count on Chris who is the owner <br />

Our ice machine on our fridge broke and wouldn't dispense ice. We call and got an appointment for the next day. He showed up and had the wrong part (apparently our fridge has 2 parts?!) He ordered the right part and came back the next day and installed it. It's working great. He was nice and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again! <br />
