"When I first talked to the customer and she told me what she wanted, I informed her that the work she wanted would exceed the 32 hour Big Deal she had purchased. She told me to then just concentrate on getting the tile shower complete because she did not want to pay the extra hourly rate above and beyond the 32 hours, at that time. The tile shower walls and floor was completed and ended up taking us 34 hours, she was not charged for the additional 2 hours. The two holes she speaks about are for the plumbing to be installed. About a week later she called me asking if I would send Tom out to finish the rest of the bathroom remodel and she was wiling to pay the hourly rate. I informed her that I was booked solid to the end of April and heading to Colorado, May 1st thru the end of June, to build a barn. She had guests coming and was disappointed that we could not come and do additional work over the 32 hour Big Deal. All hours were completed and she was happy when we left. I understand her bathroom remodel is only 75% completed however, we completed 100% of the of the 32 hour Big Deal. This is what was agreed upon between the customer and myself."
