Jake did a great job installing the outlet in my garage. He made sure his install looks like it been part of the house. He clean up his mess afterwards and he was a nice person to talk to.

The service person was able to fit me in earlier in the day than I was scheduled which was fantastic. He was able to get the old, broken junction box out without touching the drywall, got the new box and mechanical timer in, and everything works great!

I am beyond thrilled. The electrician that came out was nothing short of awesome. He was on time, worked methodically and efficiently, and was so willing to help with placement etc. I was quoted a rough 2 hours for this install and it was right on the button 2 hours. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I will definitely call them again for any and all future projects! A+++

Customer service was friendly and professional. We set up a date for the service and she clearly spelled out their rates. <br /> Serviceman called on the day of the appointment and asked if he could come earlier due to finishing a previous job in less time then anticipated, and we agreed. He went right to work and located the problem in a short time. He was friendly and helpful when we inquired about some other work we might wish to have done later. After the bad experience we had with another electrician, this was great. We will use them again. <br />

<p>Nathan and his team were great to work with throughout the entire process. He came to my house for the services consult and was very professional, listened to our requests, and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted completed. The guys that came and did the work were incredibly professional as well. They were also quick but ensured a quality job. Alpha and Omega is always very professional and sends someone that knows what they are doing. I always feel that the electrician is doing his best to get the job done in a timely manner as to not run up charges. I use them all the time and am always very happy with their service. <br />

They came out. I showed them the problem. They got up there and saw that the light was fried from putting in the wrong bulb. They didn't have the part to fix it. They drove into town and bought the piece. They put it on and it still didn't work. They said we needed a new fixture installed. They went into town to go get that. The barn light was finally fixed. They billed me for having two electricians that came out. It was a one person job, so they ended up revising the invoice.

This was a deal for 2 hrs of service for $120. The provider was proficient and professional. We got all of our questions answered about some dead light sockets in our basement and a permanent light switch installed in our closet to replace a lamp fixture that was hanging there. All in all, a good value for the money. <br />

We had a few projects in our condo, which Paul completed safely & efficiently. This included fixing 3-way switch issues, correcting breaker problems & rewiring a switch needing GFCI protection. Paul is personable & conscientious. I really appreciated that he donned boot protectors without me asking & cleaned his work areas thoroughly when done. My husband appreciated that he got the everything done in one service call. Ask for Paul at Alpha & Omega!

<p>When I called the office to set up an appointment, I told Michael I needed someone out here as soon as possible or within the next three days. Michael had transferred me to Nathan right away. Since Nathan was unavailable at the at time, he left him a message to call me back. Nathan called me back within five minutes and told me how much he charges right upfront, which I thought was very good--no surprises. He asked for the details of the problem and was here within 20 min. When he got here, he started the job. He inspected all outlets and started his repair work and did everything I wanted fixed. A very honest and reputable electrician.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />
