Half cleaned nasty attitude showed up with multiple people also items were missing after she left

OMG!!!!! My home had a total makeover. I couldn’t believe what it looked liked afterwards.

It did not go well at all and there's a lot to unpack with this. Anita came by initially to check out the house which was a quick run through of EACH room and decided to charge me 300 with a 50 deposit. I was so desperate to have help with cleaning I paid the deposit and didnt think twice about it. She told me she doesnt bring a vacuum and mine is out of commission but that she would bring a swifter. Fast forward to the day of the services and she shows up late and to make matters worse she asks me if I have large black garbage bags which I do not so she says she lives close by she'll just run to get them. It took her an hour to get back to my house. One of the main things I needed help with was getting the trash out before the truck came and that didnt happen. I had to put everything back from the curb myself. They did not use dishwasher but piled everything in my dryer which is not only an eyesore but more for me to clean up. My disabled mother was asleep in my room and my dog was in there. My family was prepared to relocate so that she could clean in there but it didn't happen and upon bringing it up to anita afterwards, she told me her process is that if they cant do the room that day it doesnt gst done regardless of how much i spent for it. Absolutely nothing about her cleaning was deep cleaning. No windows done or the sills, there were still a ton of dirty spots on the floor and its probably because she brought a swiffer with only two wipes for the entire house so it smelled musty. They changed the bedding in my moms room and lazily wiped have of the top of her tv stand and used a broom to pseudo clean the carpet. All still a mess. She said she would do the laundry which she didnt and decided she would honor after saying well I dont remember that. She asked if iy was just the laundry and i brought up my room and that's when she rudely explained to me her backwards policy. No carpets were deep cleaned. Trash still in places. Stovetop still a mess. AND if she didnt steal my items, she threw them away because my mom and I are both missing a lot of things. She kept sweeping up things that clearly werent trash like my jewelry and house shoes. I had to go and pick them out. I talked to another cleaning service and they pretty much told me I got scammed because of the lousy job Anita did. I would absolutely never rehire this tardy lazy thief ever again.
