I would give Francisco 10 stars for reliability, professionalism and thoroughness. He did an excellent job of baiting my condo, sealing all the holes he could find and putting my mind at ease. He took the time to explain the process and although I know there are no guarantees in a multi home building, I definitely feel that he did his best to address my mice problem. Hopefully the building owners will do their part but I will be utilizing Alpha Pest whenever I need pest control services.

It took Mohamed quite a bit of time to locate an appropriate-sized exterior vent cap to put on the exhaust fan duct running from over the kitchen stove. But he persevered and was able to make full repairs on that ductwork and also on two bathroom ceiling exhaust fans. Old bird nests had blocked the kitchen fan duct, so Mohamed had to coax out all that rubbish so the vent fan could discharge air properly. His ladder went up to the second story level on uneven ground. A gutsy guy!

Mohamed did a fantastic job. He was thorough and cleaned up areas where he found mouse droppings, (for which I am extremely grateful). He was wonderful to deal with.

They did a great job, we’re very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Mice are particularly difficult but they did an excellent job sealing up all the holes and figuring out how they were getting in. I really appreciate the good work Alpha Pest does and can’t recommend them enough.

The company sends out reminders that they are coming and they have the added convenience of paying your bill online. On our last scheduled service date it was raining. Instead of cancelling, they did our indoor service and returned today to complete the outdoor portion. They are very responsive and are happy to take the time to answer any questions I have. Alpha Pest Management takes pride in caring for their customers! I highly recommend them.

Great. Bobby is personable and friendly. I asked for a non-toxic mosquito repellent and he obliged. He willingly answers questions and offers solutions. He is responsive to requests such as spraying our porch foyer for additional bugs.

Alpha Pest Management has always done a complete and successful job for any problem that I have had. They are great at getting rid of mice, closing up all entry points. Problem solved! And for a very fair price. Always pleasant and professional.

After many years of insect free living in our Arlington home, suddenly small beetles appeared and although we tried on our own - they decided not to leave. After reading many reviews we decided on Alpha Pest Management. It was a great experience from start to finish. Mohamed is a real professional and thanks to him we are pest free - and know exactly who to call if we have any other problems in the future.

Went well. Bugs disappeared. Spiders came back, but that is very hard to control. They are very responsive and come back twice, the first was due to the fact that the initial spraying was during a time of consistent rain, so the spray was going to be washed away. The second was after I mentioned the spiders came back. They sprayed stronger chemicals. They are very professional and very punctual. Cost listed is for a 1 year contract, which includes 4 quarterly sprays.

This is a response to the negative review that was submitted on 5/3/18 for Mohammed Of Alpha Pest Controls visit to a rental property that I own. He did an excellent job. Was completely professional, efficient and made suggestions on things that can be done to further prevent mice infestation. I was there the entire time. I am the individual that the tenant who submitted the 5/3 review has a problem with. Mohammend never said the derogatory term b*tch or *sshole in reference to or directly to the tenant. In no way, shape, or form did he say anything derogatory in reference to the tenant. Once the tenant announced her presence, he was the utmost professional and the tenant became angry with him only after he deferred to me as his customer when she sought to bring him into the conflict between myself and the tenant.

My landlord hired Mohammed Sheriff, owner of Alpha Pest Management, to resolve a mice issue in my rental house. The first time didn't work so he came back again. Mohammed engaged in derogatory comments with my landlord together in my living room about me. They called me a "b*tch" and an "*sshole". Mohammed was Incredibly unprofessional in doing this and we still have mice! Don't hire him unless you too want to be denigrated.

We had tried a number of things for months to try to get rid of the mice on our own because my husband insisted he could handle it. After traps, poison and electronic devices, we still had mice. I was pulling my hair out. We hired Alpha Pest Management. I haven't seen another mouse (or evidence of one) since that time. My husband summarized it best by saying - the guy is good!

The service was performed after several failed coordinating attempts due to inaccurate contact information the company had on about me on file. After they performed the service they attempted to bill me a recurring charge for a service I did not agree to. When I tried to clarify this up the company was not responsive and to this date has not returned my calls but I have not paid and no further service was rendered beyond an initial visit. I would not hire again.

These guys are awesome! They went above and beyond on rodent treatment, and there has been no sign of rodents returning, whatsoever. Rodent exclusion was on sale at $165, and the tech must have been there 2.5-3 hours-he was very thorough! They also did a termite treatment when we found evidence of termite damage to a wooden window frame. Termite treatment front and back of a rowhouse was $400. Finally, they addressed our spider cricket issue, which has worked well; the spider cricket treatment cost $150. I have hire these guys three times after trying three or four other companies, and these guys rock! Very well-spent money! Thanks guys!
