Jamey was probably the best tradesman I have ever come across in Fort Collins! The service was outstanding. He responded immediately and got my water back on quickly. The work he did was exceptional! I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Everything went quickly and easily. Jason(?) explained what he was doing. He answered all of my many questions. Being a senior citizen and having been scammed by previous local plumber I was very grateful that Jason was so willing to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I will definitely call on Alpha again.

They were out in November I think.  I think they charged $129.  I don't know what happened but a week after they said what it needed, nothing was done.  So I called them on it and they said somebody dropped the ball.  Well I ended up ordering the coupling on Amazon, so I did that myself, and then they came and put it in, my faucet now hums.  So I called them on that and they are suppose to come out but they haven't.  They could have ordered the piece.  I shouldn't have to track them down about it.  They're okay to work with, I mean they're friendly. 

It went very well. Owner of the business came out personally as some of the problems were very complex. He spent extra effort to get our boiler, which had been run without water, get back on line. Would have been much more profitable for him to call it dead and quote a replacement unit. Husband loved coming home to everything scratched off his "honey do" list (at least the sub-section titled plumbing)! <br />

Very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable. Took their time to take care of everything we wanted. Answered questions, gave us pros and cons of each option that we were investigating. We felt very comfortable with them. <br />

replaced part of a pipe that had a leak, they were professional but we were somewhat unhappy with the outcome as the pipe still shakes a bit when water is flowing through it. <br />

Their service has gone very well so far. Their estimate was very reasonable. They are punctual and responsive. The technicians are personable and knowledgeable. They are also friendly. The project is not complete only because we are waiting for a contractor to finish up their job. It was very easy to schedule their service.

Jason arrived on time, after calling ahead, and explained the pricing structure before beginning work (service call charge, labor charge per hour, materials, etc.). The work was more extensive than I expected, so it took longer and cost more than I was prepared for. But Jason was courteous and professional, and as far as I can tell the result is well done. I believe the price was far given the time and materials needed. This was my first time using Alpha, but I would use them again. <br />

It was a somewhat complicated job in a tight space, but the two plumbers persevered until the job was completed and all lines tested. Drywall had to be removed to expose the pipes, but it was done neatly and sparingly so patching was easier. A couple potential problems were identified and fixed so the wall wouldn't have to be opened up again at a later date. <br />

Overall I was pleased with Alpha plumbing.  I also had to call them a couple times and ask them questions about some other plumbing issues.  They were very nice and answered my questions over the phone at no cost.  The only thing I was a little disappointed over was they never told me they have a $35 service fee added to every job to cover travel time and gas.  So I thought it was just the hourly fee but then when I was handed the invoice I was told about this additional fee.  When I first arranged for the appointment no one mentioned the service fee. <br />

When I disconnected my fridge/freezer and washing machine to move, the water line that had gone to the ice maker and the cold water spigot that had been connected to the washing machine, both decided to drip and would not stop.  The house is now listed and these drips needed to get fixed fast.  I called Alpha on Tuesday and they were able to meet me there in 2 days - they did a very fast but thorough job and it's a great relief to have those fixed!  I will certainly use Alpha in the future. <br />

I was happy with his services. He came on a Saturday afternoon for the service after I called him.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of Alpha Plumbing.  I needed work done on a very short notice.  They were very responsive to my call and I received service by early afternoon the same day I called.  Jason explained all of the work that needed to be done.  I thought the price was very reasonable given the fact that they were out to my house within a few hours. <br />
