He was here on time. He's got quick work. I was pleased with his work and he was very polite.

Eddie responded to my request very quickly! Eddie arrived on time and corrected my door issues. This is an early 1900's home and he knew how to work with old mortise locks with skeleton keys. Excellent job and he cleaned the area afterwards.

I spoke with Alph Lock and Safe in Orange, CA -Eddy returned my call request in a matter of minutes. I explained what I needed, and we arranged an appointment the same day. He arrived early, which was great - he is extremely efficient, hard working - reviewed my needs. He made suggestions which were extremely helpful. My locks were the original when we built our home over 50 years ago, and were really no longer safe with recent theft I had experienced. He replaced door handles, 8 locks in our various doors - installed dead bolts which I did not have previously. He also provided a lock for an outside gate with all of the keys being the same. Not only is his work beautiful to look at, which enhances my home, but I now feel secure in my home. He explains everything clearly - cleaned up his work areas - he is very professional, as well as friendly. I feel the price was very reasonable for the work which was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Alph Lock and Safe Company and feel secure if I need any other work done to give them a call!

I contacted Alph Lock & Safe through Angie's List, and quickly received a response from Eddie. We discussed pricing to re-key 8 locks, and his quote was the most competitive. Didn't even hear back from some companies. He was available the next day, showed up on time, and performed the services agreed to promptly. Really from all stand points a great experience. Would hire again if I have any additional lock issues.

Does not like Angie's List, complained the whole time about how bad it is toward the businesses that use it. Came in the door saying how Angie's List members don't pay. I had to call Angie's customer service to verify that I had already paid for the service. Don't understand how he got the work order from Angie's but didn't know I already paid for the $99 advertised special. <br />
