He does not do anything in a timely manner and he stole money from me by taking deposits and not finishing the work.

Joe the owner of Newfound Construction, and his crew were an absolute life saver and did an amazing job on our home. I canâ t be more thankful forJoe and his workers as they were able to fix our home that was destroyed by John Santiago and his crew from Sunroom and Doctor of New England in Andover NH. We bought our house in Tilton NH in November 2020 and we got a referral by our Realator to hire John Santiago and his worker, so we made the worse mistakes of our life. John Santiago charged us the whole budget amount and only finished maybe 40% of the job when he and his crew just left us in March 2021 and never finished the job and basically destroyed our home. After Sunroom and Deck Doctors of New England left our job, we were devastated, so we hired Joe the owner of Newfound Construction and his crew and we were so thankful as they finish our home and they made it look awesome. Shortly after Joe and his crew arrived on our job he discovered that our living room floor was sagging because John Santiagoâ s crew misaligned a support for the floor. Joe and his crew were able to fix this huge problem quickly and under budget. When Newfound Construction arrived on our job we had no kitchen, no bathrooms completed, no interior doors, hardly any walls were finished and many ceilings werenâ t even completed. There were so many things that werenâ t done by Sunroom and Deck Doctors of New England and Joe and his crew did an amazing job getting our house looking absolutely beautiful. We get so many compliments on our house now that it is done. We highly recommend them because they have great attention to detail and their workmanship is superb. Our job was priced reasonably for all the work that we needed to get done and was completed in a timely manner. We would definitely hire this company again.

Joe did a great job and has all of the attributes you want and expect when hiring a contractor. Weâ ve got a couple future projects that weâ ll be contacting him about when we're ready.
