I called on the 27th of Oct, signed the contract on the 28th of Oct. They were to come and do the job on Nov. 20. The morning of Nov 20th they called and said that they were not going to be able to make it as they were having issues with their machine. They showed up in the 27th (7days layer and almost a month after the initial contract signing). Trimmed the tree, did not blow away the sawdust that was left and also broke my picket fence in three places. See pictures below. Spoke with one of the guys that was here and made him aware of the broken areas. After the job was complete, I asked for a receipt and he said that the office would be mailing me a receipt. He could not provide this. Eric said that he would come back and fix the fence and he has yet to come and fix the broken areas. I called the office 2 times left messages and no one has responded as I type this on Dec 6. I do not recommend this company.

Not so well. A crew did show up to cut down the tree in the middle of a snowstorm, but communication with the company was very poor. I called and emailed to confirm the crew would not be working that day since an earlier email said they do not work in inclement weather, but no one replied to my email or phone call. I'm now waiting for the stump grinding, but once again, no one will return phone calls or emails. I did learn the company is short handed, but that does not excuse the lack of communication. Finally got an email suggesting an alternate stump grinding company.

It went really well. They did a great job on the trees and cleaned up after they were done. Very happy with the work.

The guys at Alpine Tree and Shrub Care are very professional and get the job done right the first time. I had a total of four tree that need a lot of dead wood cut off of them and scaling one back from the roof of our house. They did a very clean job of raising the skirt on all the trees and our backyard has never looked better. The only thing I can recommend is to have proper phone follow up. It's very hard to get a hold of someone at the front desk, we tried multiple times and finally made contact. My constructive criticism is to please follow through with phone calls, it can only help this business more.

They did a good job but they have not come back to remove the stumps. I have called them at least 10 times and they won't answer the phone. I have left messages and they will not call me back. I have paid for this part of the service and I wish they would take care of the rest of the job.I am willing to pay for the rest of the work.

It was fabulous. They were on time. They cleaned up extremely well. They took care of my yard when they were finished. The communication was exceptional .

They came out quickly to do the estimate and were able to get us scheduled fairly promptly once we signed the contract. The crew showed up on time and did a great job on trimming several trees both in the front and back yards. It took them a couple of days to come back for the clean up, but they were professional, apologized for the delay, and offered a discount for any inconvenience. Overall, excellent job and an excellent price. I would certainly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

The team at Alpine Tree did an excellent job removing a very large tree in our backyard. By far the best tree company in Denver, they excel across the board from work completed, communication, expertise, and pricing. They are the best.

Alpine did an excellent job, including grinding up the stumps as promised. They even hauled away some excess tree limbs I'd left lying around, which was an extra no-charge bonus!

It went well, still waiting on one portion of the project to be completed but we are waiting on Public Service so the delay is not their responsibility. All other work was performed on a timely basis and within seasonal requirements.

Crew did a great job and got it done in one day and even came back to grind the stump deeper when the city of Denver said it wasn't ground to 12 inches deep.

The team came out and scheduled and clean up when job was completed. Communication was excellent and I will hire this company again.

I am very happy with the service. I was given a detailed proposal in one day with a follow up phone call to discuss the findings and answer questions. Even they felt bad about removing a mature tree, but we determined it would be the best and least expensive option. The tree was removed and the site totally cleaned. Then another workman ground down the stump. They offered me the wood chips and I initially agreed to have them leave them. But, when I got home and saw how much remained, I asked them to remove it. They came out removed the chips and loose dirk, leveled the ground, and left everything very clean. Very nice work. I was also given a discount as an Angie's list repeat customer. and the final bill was about $75.00 less than the estimate.

The crew was great. They showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. My tree looks better than ever. I will recommend Alpine to all of my friends and neighbors.

I feel that Jonathan and his crew do a great job! They are thorough and knowledgeable. Jonathan gave me some good advice on tree care and recommended a new tree which I wish to plant to replace the dead tree that was removed. One slight issue, though. I do wish that we had considered, or perhaps Alpine suggested that a Utility survey be completed before work was done. Because, in the process of grinding the large roots of an old tree stump, the person operating the grinder hit our buried phone line (which was directly under one of the exposed roots), and we lost Internet service for a day. I don't believe they realized it at the time, and really did not feel compelled to address this with Jonathan or Alpine directly, as it was just as much my fault as it was theirs to consider this risk. I think this was an understandable mistake, and certainly don't hold it against Alpine. I just hope that in the future they may consider this, if any digging or tree stump grinding occurs in an area where utility lines could be buried.

Jonathan gave me the best quote to do the job, plus he and his staff were very professional and did great work. They were running a day behind but made sure that the job was completed the very next day. I also called the office a week later to see if they could come back to grind down some roots that were in the way of my planting a new tree. They proptly took care of this as well and did not charge me for the return visit. I would definitely use this company again! <br />

Alpine was able to come by extremely quickly to give me an estimate and do the work. Their technicians were professional, polite, knowledgeable and very competitive with pricing. The office scheduler was a delight to work with as well. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future!
